Have/Would you use a video camera in play?

I recently made a new aquisition.A digital video camera with a 20gig hard drive.No disks or tapes.Just download right into your computer and play it with media player.What a fun toy.

It later occurred to me that this could be a fun tool for 'play' as well.Which means getting someone over to be the camera operator.(which could be fun in itself)

I'm just curious.Has anyone ever recorded their playtime activities(group or couple)?If not,would you?

We've used a video camera together, but not with others. We have still pics we've taken together and with others, though.

The spousal unit would love to have a tape of us and with others, but that has not happened either. I don't think I'd mind either - if I really felt comfortable with the other party/parties and trusted them.

We've never tried it, but we've talked about it. I think we'd enjoy it and I voted that way - but I would also add 'and I hope no one sees it' to my vote. Those videos can sneak out into the public (oh poor Paris Hilton!). Not that there would ever be a reason to release one with us in it, but I'd still add that 'hope no one sees it' to my vote!

MrsVan and I tried doing this one or twice using our webcam. It didn't turn out so great.

We have talked about getting a better video camera, but just have never gotten around to it.

We would not be opposed to video with others if we felt comfortable with them...hell we relive every encounter for days on end all the time, now we would have a copy.

We have also taken still photos with other also, but as with our videos, they are for our personal enjoyment.

We'd have to vote "hell yes!" We've never done the videocam thing, but we've done some still pictures (of just us). We're waiting for the right couple I guess to do the pic thing with.

We'd do the videocam in a flash!! We think it would be damn fun!

We've been to a party where pics were being taken. It didn't bother us because we knew and trusted the couple with the camera and there was a set policy about how those pics were going to be handled.
Our rules for pictures or videos are simple. If we show our faces, that's ALL we show. If we are naked, we don't show our faces. If a site has our face pics they aren't allowed to have nudes. If they have nudes they aren't allowed to have face pics. Those last 2 rules apply even if the pics aren't posted in the same area of the site or connected in any way.
Naked pics of my wife could possibly be a career disaster so we are VERY careful.

I'd be happy to be the cameraman, or one of the subjects, with the right person or people.

Hmmm. Never thought about a video being an interesting "souvenir" until you can get it, and everyone else, together do it live and in living color again. Maybe I'd actually develop a taste for porn if the subject matter is more to my liking.

Off to contemplate this, and the need for a digital video camera. Maybe I should work out, too. That damn camera adds 20 lbs, you know.

I'm an oddball then, because I don't enjoy seeing myself having sex at all.
For me, I would be more inclined to analyze myself instead of watching it.....such as holy crap that position makes me look fat (mental note do NOT do that position again lol), what the hell was I doing that for? Oh, and I didn't know it went THERE.

Looks like MOST haven't tried this yet. With the availability of digital cameras and the privacy that goes with it, I'm really surprised. Maybe, we should wait longer to see more results cum in.
