How do you orgasm during intercourse?

This topic is particularly interesting to me, a man. I can relate my experiences with about 30 women who had orgasms with me in the 10 years that we were active swingers. At least 20 of those were women that I had sex with on several different occasions.

There was not one who really wanted to have an orgasm during intercourse. They wanted it before. Maybe it's just me and the way I make love. I usually spend at least 2 hours in foreplay, massaging and cooing and flattering and loving. That always includes a slow leadup to either oral or manual stimulation of her sexiest parts, at which point I get the message from her to finish her off that way before I penetrate (which I am happy to do!)

I know that some of them never have orgasms during intercourse no matter who the partner is. One woman who has had hundreds of partners told me that she seldom has orgasms at all. The difference with me is that I am willing to spend so much time getting them to the peak. Too many swinging guys just want to get their rocks off and they don't "make love." They just fuck. That certainly was my wife's main irritation in at least 75% of her encounters. .

Personally, I am VERY up and down. The only exception is when I'm using my own hand...I've been practicing that since I was young, so I have the down pat. But those are only clitoral orgasms...still can't give myself vaginal orgasms.

Very recently my man and I have discovered the perfect position for me to have a vaginal orgasm nearly every time. Imagine all those years with no orgasms, and me thinking I was "broken". It was a very sad time. I loved sex, but it was always like I was trying to hard. I stopped trying and "BAM!" It happened. However, I still can't have clitoral orgasms WITH him, nor will I orgasm from oral alone.

I can orgasm be it intercourse or oral pleasure or with him just fingering me.

I like the vaginal orgasm, but I really, really love the clitoral orgasms. They're just more intensed and.............whoa never mind you guys get the picture. LOL!!

I can get me, me just by his work alone, but if he is not hitting the right spots, then i take things into my own hands or if it is feeling so good and i just want to get a nut i'll take things into my own hand also.Either way i love a good orgasm.

If I'm good and "warmed up" (ie had a few O's during foreplay), then I'm way more likely to have a vaginal O from penetration--especially if it's deep. Of course, if there's any clit simulation happening, then it's gonna' be more intense.
