Do you prefer MFM or FMF threesome?

Hello all,

My wife and I (married 6 years) are here to explore and discover if swinging is right for us. At this point, I would say that I feel more comfortable with the idea of swinging, than she does because of the common fears (jealousy, insecurity, self-worth, etc.)

The interest mainly started in me early in our relationship. It started as bedroom talk, and I realized how hot it made me to think about her getting pounded from another guy while sucking me, me pounding her while she sucks another guy, DPing her, that kind of thing. The thought of it makes her very hot, but naturally she has fears to actually do it. She wasn't so into the idea at first, but she's warming up to it.

From talking with friends of mine, I think I am of the minority of husbands who desire MFM, much moreso than FMF. Don't get me wrong, I think FMF would be fun too, but it doesn't get my engine revving quite as high!

I would like to discuss with couples that feel similar to us, and especially experienced couples that started where we are, and how to overcome these fears she's having, and possibly discover and deal with fears I'm unaware of (perhaps in myself). Glad to see someone responded to my post. The wife and I are about as new as you can get to the lifestyle. We've yet to try swapping, MFM, FMF... We're working towards it, so we need all the encouragement we can get!

I would say I perfer the MFM.

I am only but a lonely male, I have but one tongue to offer to the fine ladies and it gets tired after a hour or so. Best to have more men to take good care of Laura then me to pretend I am super man and try to handle more then one women.

You're not alone, pal. We've been married 31 years and I've always been hot to see her get it with another guy (with me right in there too). All the things you describe, well, that's our fave. So you're not alone.

My theory has always been that the ladies have way more stamina than men. So, we like there to be more men then ladies. MFM, MMFFMM, MMMF, etc. Maybe if we had started when bi was big we'd feel differently, but when we started bi was pretty darn rare.

The other thing is that when you really love someone, their pleasure and happiness is essential to your own. If we had to choose our preferences would be MFM (or MMFM) first, MFFM (full swap with couple) second, and FMF third. It's definitely my fave! I feel the same way about ladies having more stamina. My wife knows she can always outlast me. . .it's simply a matter of physics.

Count me as among those men who would prefer sharing their wives in a MFM situation. While of course I enjoy being pleasured, my greatest enjoyment and turn on is when my wife has enjoyed herself almost beyond control.

But in most relationship I have seen, this area is usually determined by the female, what she desires and feels comfortable with. So for us it is strictly FFM.

Jay and I have done both FMF and MFM. We have had fun. However, it was not what we prefer. Both Jay and I are sexual and enjoy having sex with other people, so it would not be fair in any way for me to ever ask my husband to sit and watch while I have sex with another man or woman...for that matter, as I of course agree that Jay's pleasure is essential to my own, I would not have as much pleasure if I thought that things in this were not fair.

This got me thinking. Amy and I don' really have a set preference. For us, it's a mood thing. Sometimes I like watching her do her thing, and jump in to give her a double-dose of testosterone. Sometimes, I want to be the center of attention. Amy is hard-core bisexual, so obviously her moods lead more heavily to FFM. But that is not to say that we don't still have the occasional MFM just to mix it up. If Amy had her way, we would be having FFFMs all the time. I find it very difficult to have an issue with that.
