We had an older lady with a mastectomy on one side at the nudist resort we go to. She had a bouguet of flowers tattoed across her missing breast. She was one awesome gal.

I don't really think this has anything to do with looks or attraction. Most every female out there has some "flaw" whether it be stretch marks or pock marks or tits that sag a bit. I really don't think you have anything to worry about.
