Well I went to the Dr for my physical, mentioned ED. I never lied to him, told him I have a problem getting hard (he never asked with who). He wrote a prescription for Cialis. 6 20 MG tablets were 101.99 – OUCH!!!! He said that I could cut them in half to get a 2 for 1. He did do a testosterone test on me. Anyhow, thanks for all of your answers…

Now remember, I've never had an issue getting hard. I've had issues getting soft, but that's another story. Anyway I tried the 'blue pill'...oh my god Does the meaning Easton Bat mean anything? I was rock hard for hours. I did have the yellowish vision thing and a headache afterwards, but here's what I did.My next visit to the doc for my lipid profile check (cholesterol meds), I simply said to the Physician Assistant (PA), "can I try Viagra". That simple. His response "sure". Deal done. Period. I now have a refillable prescription. Additionally, IF I use it, I only take half a pill. Results: Same. Hard Cock useful for LONG sessions, and no yellow vision or headaches. Anyway, just be yourself, and simply ask the PA/GP for a prescription. It's that easy. You don't need a reason or explanation, just asking it is obvious what the reason is. The doc knows this and is not going to get into your erection history, nor does he want to. Most insurers don't cover Viagra, so you pay the full price, so the HMO/PPO/or your private insurer doesn't give a crap about the prescription being written (in most cases). Neither does the doc. Nobody has really mentioned that the only, real, reason you have to get it by prescription is so your doctor can make sure you don't have a health issue that might prevent you from using it. You know, like high blood pressure! |

If I were you I would not go with Vigra though. Personnally I like Cialis. Vigra lasts 4 hrs while Cialis lasts like 48 hrs and regardless of the information put on out a man can have multiple orgasms on it. If you are having a lot of problems getting it from your doctor I got mine from a Canadian Pharmasy they are everywhere online and you can get them in some cases for cheaper prices then you can with your medical insurance since a lot of them don't cover it. Alright one trick with and ED medication that you may or may not know or maybe you should try is this. Jerk off or have sex with your spouse and then take the medication when I toke it afterwards it turned me into a machine and I am not joking it, for me, had the same effect as kegeling during sex and 2 pounding hrs later I we were both sore and I could keep going. |

Most guys I've talked to, who use these drugs recreationally, say the same. With Cialis I didn't even notice a difference, with Viagra I was an Easton bat until even the next morning. Sounds like we need a poll LOL! Scott

Honesty is the best policy my friend. I am 26 and went through the whole spill about how it was ruining my relationship, my confidence, self esteem, the gf thinks it's because of her. I walked out of the doctors office with the prescription but the problem was his last words to me. Matt you are young, healthy, and physically fit. Someone your age should not be experiencing these problems. I have prescribed this medication to you in hopes that your issue is nothing more than a mental speed bump and that this will help you over it. There are limited refills and if you are still having problems after those than we will have to get you to come back in and run some tests on you because I fear that your problems could be related to something else. Back issues, nerve damage, etc. So now great I got the pills, but I lied to the doc. When I run out I am screwed (Which I more than likely will be ok the more I play with new people the less I find that I have performance issues. I am getting used to this.) because he will not prescribe me any more medication and for me to go back into his office and tell him I sometimes perform in front of small audiences (Or huge audiences hehe) and that is my real issue will be a direct confession that I was lying to him in the first place. I really wish I would of just told him I was a swinger and prepared for whatever it was he had to say about that. -Styles |

Oh by the way. The side effects from Cialis and Viagra can be greatly reduced by popping a Claritin at the same time you take the medication. It is a 24 hour sinus pill that reduces the stuffy nose. The headache is usually a direct result of the sinus issues so alleviating 1 problem fixes another.

Some years ago, when I wanted to try Viagra, I agonized over how to approach the doctor with my request. I finally just said I wanted to try it. "Sure," he said, and wrote me a prescription. He works for you, remember. You are not asking for a narcotic.

I told my Dr. that: "My wife also wanted me to ask you about getting a prescription for Viagra"....and I just looked at him straight in the eyes. Then I said, "I have a problem sometimes"..... He said, and I'm serious; "I'll write you a prescription, but how would you like to participate in a group study based on the effectivness between Viagra and Levitra"?..."No charge for any medications, 6 month study".... Ummm, I say, "OK".....signed a consent form and walked out of his office with 6 - 5 packs of Viagra and 6 - 5 packs of Levitra...... Your Dr. doesn't need to know your personal sex life or if your swinging, etc. He just needs to know you can't get it up sometimes..... |

I think my doctors reaction was a fair one personally. He wrote me a prescription to help to ease me over any mental humps he assumed I may have and then said if you come back and are still having this issue then we need to run some tests to make sure you are okay. Which is exactly what a doctor should do right? Show concern about your health? I don't know guys it's the year 2008 little girls are getting pregant right after puberty. Gay marriage is normal. Sexuality in society on all levels is evolving. Not saying all the results are good because obviously they aren't but lets face it swinging isn't so out of whack of society anymore. It's not a mortal sin, and there is a thing called doctor patient confidentiality. I still wish I would of told my doctor the truth and I think his diagnoses from the information I gave him was more than acceptable, it was admirable. I blame myself. :p

The only risk you face is getting lectured by him about safe sex, unknown partners, all of that. I am not saying, don't do it for that reason, I am just saying that some doctors will lecture you, others will be fascinated. A couple we have played with multiple times has an open connection with their doctor; this doctor happens to be fascinated by the lifestyle and offers them absolutely no criticism — only questions and rapt attention to the answers. The doctor will understand how anxiety could emerge, and should help you. Then, if he is critical and says he won't help with such madness, then you get a new doctor. Keep us posted on this, seriously, as it will be interesting to see how the doctor reacts to your truth. All the best to you.
