As far as female viagra goes, what ever happened to that bit about NIAGARA, the liquid women's drink in a small blue bottle?? It actually DOES work, and there's no rubbing anything irritating onto any tender body parts.... But each to their own, I guess!

I can answer that one..haha... The Niagara is a liquid...you drink it about an hour before you plan to indulge. It starts out giving you sort of a warm rush (it has caffeine in it..haha) anyway... you just feel kinda nice and warm and then you start to feel increasingly horny. whether you tingle or not??? I have used Viagara and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I don't need it under normal circumstances but occasionally if I've had too much to drink I do need a little help and Viagara WORKS! Also, if you're going to have marathon sex it will allow you to go none stop for at least four hours. The way it works for me is that it allows me to achieve an erection whenever I want one. It does not make me hornier or have a continuous hard-on. Although the psychological effect is that it gives you great confidence and I supposed this does make me want sex more. I only get hard if I'm being stimulatedand I can get hard again or stay hard even immediately after an orgasm. It doesn't give me the ability to have multiple orgasms though. My doctor explained that the way it works is that it makes the nerves which allow you to have an erection more sensitive and the the "reflex" time (the time it takes for you to get hard again after an orgasm) is effectively reduced or eliminated. It does not increase blood flow to the pelvis, which is a common misconception. I get mine in 50 mg tablets and cut them in half. It takes 15 or 20 minutes to take effect and as I mentioned the effects last for about four hours. The only side effect I've had is a flush to my cheeks and lips. I just bought some Horny Goat Weed today (which has Yohimbe in it)and am going to try it out as soon as possible to see if it works as well. I hope so because Viagara is expensive but in my opinion well worth the price.

One of the main benifits of Viagra, so I've heard, is not only making it easier to achieve an erection, but MAINTAIN it. A far more common problem among men. And an occasional problem for me in a group situation.

Unless you are taking a medication with nitrates in it you are probably ok. One side effect is a change in color vision. Another is a bit of a hangover effect. Might not be noticable with the lower doses though. The beneficial effects will last me for about 12 hours. The effect diminishes gradually. Unfortunately, I can't take it anymore due to a recent heart attack. Now I have to resort to another magic bullet, Caverjet injection.

This yohimbe stuff sounds like just what i'm looking for.

However, if you look it up there are many different brands and milligrams. Does anyone know a specific brand and milligram. Thanks for helping out the "quick draw kid" !!!

The recommended dose of Yohimbe capsules that we tried, was 2 capsules about half hour to an hour before, at 1,500 mg each capsule, but we only took 1 capsule each. Of course, we used it for added energy, and not for sexual use (at the time), but the added "benefit" was a plus to our "diet". *lol* http://www.swingersboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

I think the recommended dose of 2 capsules @ 1,500 mg each would be sufficient and safe for US. Try and start off with just 1,500 mg first, then maybe work your way up, if needed. There are others that have 2,000 mg per capsule too...
