This week's Member of the Week is mikeandjenn2001. We are glad to have them in the spotlight this week.

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are. Every Sunday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked. Be sure to stop in and get to know them better by asking them every nosy, intimate, personal question you can think of.

No worries about the day late, we understand life gets in the way. We are excited to be the member of the week this week. Here are our answers to this first question and we look forward answering any other questions your members may have for us.

Gender: We are a couple, but Mike primarily posts. Jen has wrist and elbow problems and the computer is just not a place for her.

Ages: Mike is 29 and will be turning 30 in June. Jen just turned 31 this last November

Birthdays: Mike's birthday is June 26 and Jen's is November 6

Location: We are currently in Dayton, OH but we go wherever the Air Force sends us.

Relationship Status: We have been married since 2001. It will be nine years in June 2010. We were together for a little over a year before we got married.

Swinging for how long: We've been involved in the lifestyle on and off since 2002.

Prefer to swing with: We prefer to meet couples but we have played with single females and males at the clubs.

Biggest pet peeve: Pushy people, whether they be a single male, female, or couple

Brief Intro:
I'm not sure what to say here other than we are Michael and Jenny, lol. We are just your average looking couple, not hot, but not cold either. Jen is bi and Michael is straight. We are excited to get the chance to let people know us.

For websites, we are on several under different variations of this name. On Swinglifestyle and AFF we are mikenjenn2001. On Swinger Zone Central, Lifestyle Lounge, Swingular, and Swapper City USA, we are mikeandjenn2001. I forgot about the cyber-crack site, twitter, which are on as mikeandjenn2001 as well.

That would be me, (Mike). When Jen and I met, we were both virgins. Our sex life was (and still is) great, but I had all these fantasies in my head. One day, I brought up the subject that I would like to see Jen with another guy. Jen didn't know what to say, but she said she'd think about it.

About a month later she told me that she wasn't comfortable being with another guy, but she wouldn't mind having sex with another couple in the room as long as there was no touching involved.

And that's how we got started with swinging. Obviously we've moved on from voyeurism/exhibitionism, but it took awhile. There were some learning curves involved and even though we've been doing this for some time, we're still learning.

I (Mike) am a computer nerd, which is another reason I do most of our computer chatting, profile looking, and other internet related stuff. While I have had no formal or technical computer training, give me a broken computer and I can fix it, may not be able to save any data on it, but I can get it back up and running.

I also used to be an avid World of Warcraft player until I realized how much of our daughter's lives I was missing by playing the game. I still play from time to time, but school and family are my priorities. I still play my video games, but at least with a console game, I can pause it to attend to the things that really matter.

Jen loves to cross-stitch, scrapbook, and she'll jump on WOW with me every so often for an hour or so.

We both love to go camping, swimming, and out to the movies (although we don't get out as much as we'd like).


For munchies/snacks, I will pretty much eat anything. Jen is limited on what she can eat because she has celiac sprue/gluten intolerance. We have found stores that sell wheat/gluten free pretzels and cookies though as well as ordering from online stores.


We lived in Italy for 3 years but were never able to attend a club in Europe. We either didn't know where to look or where to find them. Also, I'm sure they are there in Italy, but they were far from us and the language barrier would also have been an issue as most Italians don't speak English and we were learning basic Italian. That's the only foreign country that we've been to outside of Mexico.

I love this question. Actually, it doesn't really take much to get us naked. Do we walk around naked in a club? Sometimes, if there are other naked people As outgoing as Jen is, she doesn't like being the center of attention for being the only naked one. Me, I could care less and my clothes will come off at the drop of a hat

What's the most common conversation you two have regarding swinging?

The most common conversation we have is in regards to people we have met or played with. In meeting people, we feel that we can read people fairly well (although we have been wrong in some cases) and we talk about whether we'd like to meet them again or not and if we'd like to keep up the contact.

After playing, we like to reconnect and talk about the experience. We do this in private and if at a club, we'll go in to a private room so as not to be overheard. If we're at somebody's house, we'll respectfully ask for some privacy and go somewhere to talk.

Another common conversation is about clubs that we attend as not all clubs are the same so we like to discuss what we liked and didn't like. This is normally on the drive home or at our hotel room.

We prefer to meet people at clubs or house parties. We haven't had much luck from the sites we're on. Not to say they're not good sites, but they are what they are. If we do meet somebody from a site, it's usually out to eat at a public restaurant. Another reason for that is we have two small children so it's hard for us to host at our house and we're not going to invite people to our house until we've gotten to know them.

Our best experience didn't involve any play at all. We were members of a weekly meet and greet group in California. When we found out Jen was pregnant with our first daughter, her vanilla friends set up a baby shower and then all flaked out. I called the host of the meet and greet and let her know what happened. Two weeks later, there was a baby shower for us at the meet and greet. These were people that we hadn't played with and they barely knew us outside of the lifestyle, but they were willing to buy us all kinds of baby stuff that we needed. It was a great experience for us to see that true friends come from the least obvious of places.

Thank you. We are very much still in love with each other. That's not to say we don't have our disagreements or fights, but we try to work them out as best we can by compromise.

Actually, we've never been to the Air Force Museum which is quite scary because we've lived down the street from it for a year now. Every time we make plans to go down there, life gets in the way and we have to cancel.
