This week's Members of the Week are Speed & Trixie. We are glad to have them in the spotlight this week.

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are. Every Sunday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked. Be sure to stop in and get to know them better by asking them every nosy, intimate, personal question you can think of.

If you want to comment about things you discover you have in common or just elaborate on a response, pm them and make a new friend or start a new thread about it. This is intended to be a friendly thread, so please don’t ask anything in a purposeful attempt to get a heated debate. Of course, nobody is required to answer a question that they do not want to.

Gender (if not a couple): Speed is male, Trixie is female

If a couple, which one primarily posts: Speed found the board and started posting, then Trixie kinda took over. He still reads and posts though.

Age(s): Speed is 31, Trixie is 30

Location: one mile high that's Denver people!

Relationship status: Happy together for over 7 years

Swinging for how long?: About 24 hours now

Prefer to swing with: We're pretty new to this but so far couples are where it's AT!

Biggest Pet Peeve: Speed: bad drivers Trixie: hypocrites, smokers who litter, bad dog/pet owners

Brief Intro: As most of you know, Speed and Trixie are "newbies" and haven't had much actual swinging experience. The timing for us to be MOW is interesting because we had our first experience with a couple last night. It was FANTASTIC and we learned we're a full-swap couple...oh yes!!!

What would you do with $10 million dollars?

Ok, so 10 mil (after taxes, right?!)... Speed would quit his job and race his cars all around the globe. Trixie would keep her job, but would take a leave of absence to travel with Speed. We'd take care of our families, and have several charities dear to our hearts would benefit handsomely.

Do you like to read?
Trixie is a big reader -- her favorite author is Stephen King. She loves a good mystery or horror novel. Speed only reads porn and automotive magazines

Do you have a favorite book?
Oh no, there are WAYY too many books in the world to pick just one! Anything that keeps Trixie turnin' pages is her current fave.

Favorite movie?
Probably Boondock Saints for both of us.

Favorite meal?
Heh heh, burritos!

What changed your minds? How did it happen? Did you have any mixed feelings?
Well, it's not that we "changed" our minds so much as the right time, place, and couple made us feel comfortable enough to "take the plunge." Since we're both total newbies, we talked a lot about who's okay with what, what's a "maybe I'll be comfortable," etc.

We met this couple about a month ago at an off-premise club, and hit it off really well. They asked for our number, and we finally set up drinks for last week. The four of us had such a good time, we went to dinner at their place Saturday. They are a newbie couple too, but have been talking about it for years but opportunity hadn't really presented itself for them. These two are really wonderful people, devoted to each other and easy to talk to, so we both felt very at ease with them.

Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better first experience. My (Trixie) only regret is that I had to work the next day! There was no jealousy or regrets, just lots of hot sex

We both consider ourselves easygoing, but have to be in the mood to "just relax." We have much easier time relaxing AFTER our "To do" lists are all checked off.

Trixie's mom used to watch Dr Who, but she must defer to Speed for this Ultraman person....

Speed says: UltraMan??? HA! That is some old school "Superhero-ness"! However, I must say that nothing compares to Dr. Who when it comes to Sci-Fi-Badness. I could actually watch Ultraman. Those tights... the rediculous fight scenes and awkward hero poses... Classic. Dr. Who actually used to scare me as a child. The weird noises during the show's intro, the fact that it never really made sense... Too much for my young mind to grasp at the time.
