This week's Members of the Week are Trace Ekies. We are glad to have them in the spotlight this week.

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are. Every Sunday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked. Be sure to stop in and get to know them better by asking them every nosy, intimate, personal question you can think of.

Try to ask only one question (or group of questions) per post, to make it easier for the interviewee to answer the questions, and also to allow for others to ask their questions.

If you want to comment about things you discover you have in common or just elaborate on a response, pm them and make a new friend or start a new thread about it. This is intended to be a friendly thread, so please don’t ask anything in a purposeful attempt to get a heated debate. Of course, nobody is required to answer a question that they do not want to.

Also, please keep in mind that any answers you post are viewable to complete strangers. There is some risk in that. Again, all questions are optional.

Sorry for the late response...we watched the Super Bowl at my brother's house and got home late.

Naked? We actually look for any excuse to get naked with friends so it will be easy...Caliente in Land 0' Lakes, FL...Desire, Cancun...Apollo Beach way south (6 miles) of New Smyrna Beach, FL.

And now to the bio...

Location: Sunny Florida, near Daytona
Relationship status: Married for nearly 17 years
Swinging for how long?: Just over 2 years
Prefer to swing with: Humans...couples and singles
Biggest Pet Peeve: Him - people not being honest with themselves, Her - clutter, disorder

Brief Intro: We're a couple of married people who like each other and find a sort of comfort in our strengths and weaknesses. We have just under 2.3 kids (we wanted to meet the average without going over), 2 dogs, and one fish. We like all things off-road from camping to rock crawling with our Jeep. The girls like shopping and the boys, again, love the off-road stuff (we've got it bad). The lifestyle for us is just that, a lifestyle. All of our friends that we meet with regularly are lifestylers to one degree or another and our closest friends we met two years ago right after we started. I (Trace) am a business owner and have been since late in 1989 and she's a stay at home mom, housekeeper, launderer, yard groomer, painter, cook, dishwasher, Dr., organizer, and general do-it-all-er. Boy did I get lucky.

We don't know...I was next door at my brother's with a bunch of people and too busy running my mouth to pay attention and she was at home working on a puzzle and listening to the game.

I did and she didn't. I didn't get the 3D effect...I wonder about myself sometimes...

Were ya happy with the game and half time entertainment?

The game was superb...I fell asleep on the last half (as usual) but heard from Mrs. Ekies it was excellent as well. Half-time? I'm not a Bruce Springsteen fan...at all. She was working on the puzzle...2000 pieces...and not paying attention.

I'd eliminate situational ethics...you know, when someone pays their tab with a $10.00 bill and gets change back from the teller or bartender or whomever as if they gave them a $20.00 bill and keeps the spread. It's ok when they're coming out ahead but they'd be pissed if they happened to be the teller or bartender or whomever.

It all starts online...we belong to a swinger dating site and attend functions organized by the site moderator and some of the couples who belong as well. This gives us an opportunity to attend meet n' greets, house parties, Aahz parties and even travel some.

In the end though the online stuff is just a means to an end...we like to be face to face and feel the chemistry...there's nothing like when 4 or more people feel that "buzz" you get when the chemistry is right.
