This week's Members of the Week are red96. We are glad to have them in the spotlight this week.

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are. Every Sunday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked. Hi ya'll. Love the tagline. First question. Who first brought up the idea of swinging, and how'd that conversation go?

We discussed MFM play for years but it was His idea all along. The thought of seeing her with another man was always a turn on and a bedtime fantasy of ours. We decided a few months ago to make fantasy a reality. She was afraid there would be jealousy on his part but it never happened. I found our first experience to be very erotic and very enjoyable and so did the Mrs. We have had a few more experiences since the first and they were for the most part just as enjoyable as the first.

What has kept you together 26 years... yes I know love is part of it... but I mean are there things you do relationship wise to help fend off arguments, friction, etc.

We really don't do anything special that has kept us together all these years. Things have not always been perfect and there have been a couple of times we considered ending our marriage, but the thought of NOT being together always far outweighed any friction ,disagreement or problems we have had. We always felt we were meant to be together and believe we are Soul Mates. Mrs. Red says she married me until "death do us part" and does not want to have to kill me (jokingly of course) so I try and do things to keep her very happy!!!!!!! We compliment each other and try not to take each other for granted. Neither one dominates our relationship, we are on equal terms. We ARE very much in Love with each other and greatly enjoy being together. Our kids think we are gross because we hug and kiss so often, but they don't ever mention hearing us having sex LOL (we know they hear us). We do little things like hold hands when we are walking together, even if it is just from the car to the store or where ever we are going. When she is working at night we talk on the phone just to say I Love you and Good night, I call her in the morning to tell her I Love her and to see how her work night went. Some may think this is silly but we like to stay connected if that makes any sense.I guess we were lucky that we both found True Love early in our lives.

I do not really have any fantasies, I feel that fantasy does not usually live up to reality. When we play I don't want to have a preconceived idea of how things are going to progress, I prefer to let things happen naturally. We play by our pre-set rules and just try to make sure everyone involved is enjoying themselves

Wow, you guys really sound so much like Gator and I. Married 24 years, two boys, his fantasy was MFM and that's how we started. She doesn't really have too many fantasies, if at all. I don't want to be disappointed either.

So, what do you each like to do in your spare time? I read alot and he's started doing so again as well. Movies are also big with us.

I am kind of computer geek, nerd what ever you want to call it. I build and maintain our computers as a hobby. I also play games on the computer, mostly shooter or role playing games like Call of Duty or Oblivion. We like to go out on the weekends dancing and partying with friends. We take long walks together 3 to 4 times a week weather permitting. We like the outdoors and spend time tanning during the summer and we camp and fish a little. We also enjoy quiet evenings at home watching TV and just hanging out together as a family. We are Buckeye fans and like the Cleveland Browns and are Indians fans. We don't go to the games though we try and catch them on TV.

The Mrs. is the creative one in the family she sews, quilts, makes wreaths for the holidays. She is a Halloween Fanatic and makes a lot of costumes and decorations for Halloween. Most of the month of October our front yard looks like a cemetery her and her Dad made grave stones and a full sized coffin out of wood and she decorates the yard with all that stuff. Sometimes little kids are afraid to come in the yard to Trick or Treat. She is an MRDD Caregiver and dresses up all month in October at work to entertain her clients. She has enough stuff to mix and match that she rarely wears the same thing twice in a month. She buys clothing and lingerie at thrift stores and redesigns them to suit her tastes. She loves gardening in the summer and does most of the planting and taking care of the flower beds. She does however let me do the heavy digging and lifting.

You two sound almost like me and the Mrs.! Except she doesn't quilt. But she's a holiday fiend!!! Crazy decorations regardless of the holiday. Must have a new wall paper on her desktop computer for the occasion.

Do you play with people you are already 'comfortable' with on personal level? I mean, is it more likely you will be comfortable with your partners if you have had a chance to chat with them before play begins?

Do you play with people you are already 'comfortable' with on personal level? I mean, is it more likely you will be comfortable with your partners if you have had a chance to chat with them before play begins?

We use AFF, Swing Lifestyle and now SZC to find potential playmates, we like to exchange a few e-mails and chat on-line before meeting potential partners. We are not into endless chatting and e-mails but like to get a feel for the person we are considering meeting. The ones that are polite and respectful we meet, guys that get vulgar or want to discuss their sexual prowess right off the bat we dismiss. We have met several guys and played with a few of them, been stood up once but it's all good to us. We do not play on the first meet, it is one of our rules. We did play once on a first meet and it didn't go very well so we decided to meet and see how that goes before deciding to play. If we meet someone on a Friday we might make a date for Saturday if there is some chemistry. Playing is not a huge priority for us if we meet someone we both get along with and are comfortable with it happens, if not we figure there will be someone else coming along sooner or later. We only consider people in our general area so no one has to travel a long way and be disappointed if there is no chemistry (us or them). Mrs. Red chooses her partners and I can veto her decision if there is a bad feeling or something doesn't feel "right" but so far that hasn't happened. She will only consider someone if I am comfortable with them as well as her.

We are still in the decision making process at this stage. I have been looking on line and in thrift shops for ideas since last month. So far we are considering a Sultan and his personal Belly Dancer or an Evil King and Sexy Queen or the Gourd costume I made and he would be an Elf. Whatever we decide on I will be making the costumes with the exception of the Elf and I already have the mask for that. We will post pics if you are interested when Halloween gets here.

Assuming you mean on a play date the clothes come off pretty easily. Mrs Red likes to dress up in sexy outfits and usually brings some lingerie to our play dates. She likes being in control and will undress us or ask us to undress for her (me and our playmate). Sometimes she will wear an outfit that gives access to her best parts and stays partially clothed and sometimes we all end up naked, it just depends on her mood that night. Strip Poker if fun too, to get things going. We aren't shy about being naked on a play date at all.

That was our initial thought when we started this adventure. We thought being friends first would make sexual situations more comfortable and enhance the pleasure. We wanted to find 2 or 3 guys that we both liked and were comfortable with to meet on a somewhat regular basis. You know play with a different one a couple of times a month depending on everyones schedules. It seems as though we were a little naive in our thinking or we just haven't found the right people/person yet. We would still prefer to be friends with our playmates but it isn't a necessity.
