Well... there's asking for a long list if ever I heard it...

Here goes...

Playing video games together. Going to the movies together. Going out to dinner quite often. Nice drives. Dancing from time to time. Go to her mom's house on Sunday's to spend time with the family which we are both very close with. Lingerie shopping. Regular shopping (clothing, groceries, hardware, tools, video games, DVDs, etc.). Read books together (our own, but we usually sit within arm's reach in bed for this.) Showers together (we get to scrub each other). Hot tub together (I get to treat her like a queen and dry her off!)

The main thing I think is that we are almost always together... some people think it's weird, but she's my best friend and to me every moment I'm with her is a joyful time in my life.

Okay... I'll stop the mushy stuff now...

Gator and I were always like this. Well, we still are alot. Being together all the time was the hardest thing for us to "give up" in our quad relationship. While we wanted to spend more time with our partners, we still missed all the time we were usually together. That may not make too much sense. But we were always considered weird as well. Still would be.

I like the idea of separate accounts. I'm always signing my posts. If I had realized what this board was going to become to me we would have done that differently.

So, what kind of books or movies do you like? Which is your favorite...reading or watching?

We both like lots of different kinds of movies, from drama, to action, to romances and musicals to the occasional horror. Generally the horror films that are just guts and gore don't reel us in.

Books... we are both mainly hooked on Sci-Fi and Fantasy. Almost all fiction. Harry Potter series, Lord of the Rings series. My favorites are almost all sci-fi... Dragon Riders of Pern (yep, all of them, including the Harper Hall Novels). Her favorites as she may tell you are the Xanth series (yep, all of them... )

We love movies and books nearly equally. I think I've piled through about 30 or so books this year myself. Not sure as to her number... but she always seems to be in the middle of a different one.

I also like some romances and I like Dean Koontz books. Yes that is the only horror writer I like. I have some Stephen King books but only a couple of his books I like.

I think your old enough to remember the show Fantasy Island. But we have talked about our fantasies. The romance and sex would be a given because well... you know how we all are

For me, I would fantasize about the big diamond heist scenario

Mrs.fun would like to be an archaeologist who finds the most valuable treasure in the world scenario.

What would each of your fantasies be ?

I like looking at movies from books if the movie follows the book. The movie I thought followed the book well was Lord of the Rings. Harry potter followed the book until the later movies because the book was way too long for the movie. The Last two of Harry Potter movies kind of cut some of important parts from the books. Another movie that followed the book from word to word was A Christmas Story.

For all y'all "Fantasy Island" fans... next time y'all are in the L.A. area - give me a call ... I can take you the house & location where MOST of that series was shot. (Unfortunately, it's a closed house - so there will be no ..ahem... fantasies played out at the location.

We were actually watching the Fantasy Island series in order off of the DVDs... MrsJ's brother purchased them and we watch a few episodes with her family while we are over on Sunday.

Me... I'd probably want to be a space explorer of sorts... star pilot of my own ship would be really fun. Heck, I'd even settle for a space cabbie between cities in space. Alas... technology hasn't caught up yet. *sigh*

As for regrets I'd have to say that would be our first encounter which went kinda yucky. I should have just said "We'll have dinner with you another time since your spouse didn't show."... but I was fooled by his bullshit. We both were and I think we anticipated too much. We didn't get to actual intercourse because we were both getting uncomfortable with this man. So we called it a night.

Everything else and everyone else since then has been super nice and wonderful. Great play partners, good people and all ladies and gentlemen.

I agree with you about LOTR for the most part.

Don't get me started on Order of the Phoenix . .. Grrrrrr! I could live with some of the stuff they left out. But it was the stuff they changed that ticked me off. Most if it was soooooooo unnecessary!!!
