Well, one thing we don't want is to have them move back in with us. LOL... If they do, oh well, but we're keeping our fingers crossed.

Dave wants to run around naked when they're all gone and not have to worry about which kid might see him.

Aww, ty on the picture. Hubby is, shall we say, electronically challenged. This is the only picture he's been able to take that we both really like.

We understand about the moving back in with us part. We're selling the house when the last leaves the nest. We've been looking at some very nice RVs. They get a tent and a roll of toilet paper when they visit us.

We intend to visit more states like Montana, once we have our RV, enjoying the beauty nature has to offer.

Running around naked is so fun! How do you feel about running around naked outside in the woods, if you were in a nudist environment?

Dave is into micro-brews like Sam Adams (all of his stuff) and stuff like Moose Drool and Black Butte Porter. Me? I'm a Blue Moon girl. It's a Belgian white wheat ale and is sooooooooo good with lemon. I like mine cool but not cold. Dave has been storing his outside on the deck all winter. *shiver*

It's so funny when I think about this because we've been married for almost 24 years. Our communication skills were like any other drab married couple together for two decades. "How was your day, dear?" "What would you like for supper?" Now, if we'd really been honest with each other, we'd have known that earlier that we both have a very emotional monogamous relationship, but our feelings tell us to believe that we're not really meant for sexual monogamy. We've both held this same belief for all this time -- we were just afraid to say so. We've always had the best sex, but deep inside, we've always wanted variety. (It scared the hell out of me when it was presented to me, though.)

Well, to spice things up, he'd whisper things in my ear about another man in the bedroom, and I thought he was just doing that to get my motor really revved up. (It did and I fantasized about that a lot.) I'd bring up another girl to see if I could get his motor going, but really wished we could find another girl to have a threesome with. We both had these fantasies -- we were afraid to bring it up with each other. Our communication skills were really sad.

He'd started to browse the internet looking for sites that pertained to swinging. I had no idea he was doing this until I'd caught him. He'd turned the computer off really fast so I couldn't see what he was looking at. Seriously, we've both watched porn forever and I could have cared less if he was surfing porn, but for some reason, he didn't want me to see what he'd been looking at.

One day, we're making love and between thrusts, he just blurts out, "Honey, I signed us up on a swingers site". You know, at first I was hurt and angry that he did that without me. Of course I went through all those stages that insecure wives do about, "Am I not good enough?" "What if he likes someone better than me?" blah, blah, blah.... So, that's what he was looking at online.

Well, his summer employment takes him to our summer house about an hour and a half away. I had to stay at our main home for school and work. So, I did a little googling myself and here we are. I browsed this site it seemed like forever (In reality, I think it was a week) before I registered. I PM'd a guy (Who I'll always be grateful for) who I'd written to and asked him why he wanted to swing and we PM'd back and forth for weeks. Funny that him and Dave had the same reason for wanting to swing. Dave and I finally sat down, talked this out and we set some rules. My lord, there were eighteen thousand rules of why we couldn't do this or that. He showed me his SLS name he'd thought up and we talked more. We got an email from a couple that lives about an hour away and the rest is history. Come to think of it, we never really had any rules that stuck except condoms always and have fun. Sex is fun and everyone better have fun.

I still sit and think about our first time and me watching him with her. What an extreme turn-on that was. No jealousy, no nuthin. It was like it should have been. That was back in June of '06. We have nothing now but open, true, honest communication. Our desires, our fears. To us, swinging is the ultimate selfless act of love.

My kids love tents and toilet paper. They'd never leave! Maybe leaves. Maybe just a tent and leaves. Poison Ivy... I digress...

Montana is beautiful!! Of course, we lived in the middle of nowhere there too and I drove 60 miles one way to work.

Actually, we both like to be naked. He just does it more than me. We've never tried the naked in the woods thing because our two youngest kids were always with us, but we might have to try it this year!! If we were in a nudist enviornment, I think that would be nirvana to us. We're both pretty comfy with our bodies. I think it would be a blast!!

I'd have to say camping is our number one thing to do in the summer. We just bought a new wall tent for that! It's HUGE! We love being outdoors!

We love our horses, we enjoy going to nice restaurants and hanging out with family. We love to BBQ outside and just sit and enjoy nature. Holly loves to fish. Dave, not so much. He cooks (wonderfully!) what she brings back.
