This week's Member of the Week is Des1re06. We are glad to have them in the spotlight this week.

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are. Every Tuesday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked. How did the two of you meet? We met on the internet, then in person 2 weeks later. She tells her friends she ordered him from Macy's catalog (he's from NY City).

Were you swingers first or nudists? Nudists. We're still primarily nudists.

Who brought up the idea of swinging and how? This is one for the newbies that are looking

Who brought up the idea of swinging and how? We've always been very open regarding fantasies. On our honeymoon, I took him to a swank strip club. I told him to pick out a lady he liked, and he asked for a couch dance. She pulled me up from the table and told me to come too. She spent most of her time gyrating and fondling me, which was fun. Afterward, I asked him what he thought about adding another female in the bedroom. He thought about it a second, and said "hell yeah". Nothing happened, but it stayed as a fantasy, with the understanding that if the right lady happened along, it was a go.

We went on vacation to Caliente and were asked to attend a house party for New Years. We had no idea what that meant, at the time, but soon found out.

We talked about it the whole ride back home, and came to the agreement to give swinging a try.

What's your favorite evening...going out or staying in? going out. A nice meal with candles is always romantic.


What music do each of you listen to these days ? Her - hard rock (Evanescence, Daughtry, Linkin Park, Eminem, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughan), Him - Classic Rock (The Who, Jethro Tull, Bruce Springsteen, 38 Special)

So how long have you guys been married? 9 years (his 1st, her 3rd)

How long did you date long distance before he moved? He flew down for three months, then sold his house and moved at four months. We knew right away that we were soul mates.
