Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are.
Every Thursday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked.

Every SwingersBoard member is allowed to ask the amount of questions specified by the interviewee in the answers to the default questions. If they discover that they chose too high or low a limit, they may change their choice.

Try to keep this thread about the person being interviewed. If you want to comment about things you discover you have in common or just elaborate on a response, pm them and make a new friend or start a new thread about it. This is intended to be a friendly thread, so please don’t ask anything in a purposeful attempt to get a heated debate. Of course, nobody is required to answer a question that they do not want to.

Thank you Julie and all others for inviting me to this party. I feel like the pig that has been invited to the Luau. Laura will not be part of this interview since she wants to sit back and help turn the spit!

Birthday 2/21/57

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Relationship status: Life long relationship with Laura but no legal paper to prove it. Most people that know us say we are more married then married people are. The good thing about not being legally married is that we can not get divorced. We are very happily stuck with each other for life.

Swinging for how long? I have been doing what many would call swinging most of my adult life. Ok, maybe a bit before I was considered an adult but we did not call it swinging; it was just parties where we all had sex with each other for fun. Swinging to me is “Recreational Sex between consenting adults.”

Prefer to swing with: We mostly party with single guys. We feel finding a couple that we all can agree on is to much work just to have fun. We do party with couples at times but it just happens, we never go out looking for them. Have partied with more then one girl but Laura is not Bi and I am only a real life male, I know my limits. They had more fun terrorizing me then we did having sex. That is a fantasy best left a fantasy.

Favorite food(s): Simple foods. Pizza, Hot Dogs and casseroles. I will eat most anything.

Biggest Pet Peeve: Dealing with people that try to make my life or lifestyle difficult. I like to keep things simple, open and honest.

Brief Intro: I am known as one of the least politically correct people both on and off the Internet. I believe in being responsible for my own actions and beliefs, not blaming others or my environment for what I do or what happens in my life. You may not agree with what I say but that does not make me wrong and you right, it just shows that we both can think for ourselves.

Picture: Look up and to the left, that is about the only picture there is of me since I am normally the one taking them. Remember Herman Munster? I could be his stand in.

I was raised in a different way them many/most people. Not in a "normal" type family at all. I have been around "open minded people" most all my life. I was active sexually in what is now called swinging in my late teens.

I am an extravert with hermit type lifestyle. I can stay at home for months at a time. I have! But I tend to be very out going when I feel the need or desire. I WILL say what is on my mind.

Classic Rock. Meatloaf, REO Speedwagon two of my favorites.
The movie would change depending on my mood. Tend to lean towards comedy though.

Laura and I met online. Thank you AOL! I was a single father of three girls, I ran my company from home since it was an Internet company so I was always online. I had told myself that "no more women in my life" until the girls where grown and gone. Laura started talking to me and we met for dinner with my then 2 year old daugher with me. Dinner and video game arcade for the kid.

She was not really "in the lifestyle" when we met. She was single mother. She liked to go out and meet people and have fun but she had not been to clubs or really any swinging events.

What has been your worst swinging experience?

Not really had something that I would call the worst. It is all good to me in it's own way.

One time Laura and I ended up with a couple. Not something we do often. The guy was our age and his wife was early 20's which is something I normally don't go for. Not into the head games of the young ones most of the time. We are in a room at the club playing. I am with her and no matter what any of us are doing she just keeps talking, and talking and talking. She thought she was the best thing on the face of the earth. Her husband was on top of Laura going having fun. I finally got to this girls head and stuck something in her mouth. As I did I made the comment "maybe this will keep you quite for awhile". The girls husband fell off the bed and Laura laughing so hard he could not control himself. You could tell he was wanting to say that to her for years!

No, it did not shut her up! She found a way to keep talking around it. Surrender It did not offend her either. When the "worst" comes up we both think of that time and laugh about it.

Have you ever had time where you considered being monogamous?

Has never really been a thought. I have been this way all my life. I see it is normal and had never really thought about life any other way.

My X wife was not a swinger, she was into cheating. I was very true to her and was out of the lifestyle taking care of our kids when I was married to her though.

You have mentioned that you host at a club in Vegas, which club is it?

We only get to Vegas once a year or so, we were their a couple of weeks ago on business and were short on time, but next time we hope to get to meet you and Laura.

In 1979 I started in the Adult Movie business. First just as an investor then I got involved. I have produced, shot the movies and about anything else dealing with that business. In 1988 I started an Adult BBS. In 1993 I opened the first ISP and Adult hosting company in Vegas. I still make a few movies a year but have sold off the hosting company. We still own our own networks and run a few web sites just for fun.

For 14 years I did have a "real" job also. One and only in my life. Nothing dealing with the adult biz. Worked in the real world.

You have mentioned that you host at a club in Vegas, which club is it?

We are hosts at the Vegas Red Rooster. Been going there for about ten years and been hosting there for the last three years. We have been running their web site since 1998. Laura and I set up and take care of all special events and host all the Sunday parties.

Maybe this is too personal, but how were you raised? Was it also in an open environment like you guys have; was any religion involved that you had to deal with?

Not sure open environment would be the right answer here but a very different environment then most are exposed to.

I was not really rasied by a regular family. From the time I was three until I was on my own I was raised in Foster Homes.

Back then forster homes where different then today. They did not like to leave you any one place long. They where afraid of you becoming attached so you got moved around a lot. From the age of 3 until 13 I was in 11 different homes. Most of them where Ranches. Us male foster kids where two things back then, a check from the state and free labor to work the ranch.

I learned a great deal but the number one things I learned was to depend on MYSELF more then anything else.

At 13 I walked away because I heard they where moving me again. Never looked back and it seemed like they never looked for me. I kind of moved around the area living and working on different ranches and finshed school when I was 16.

Due to this type of life you end up "hanging out" with all types of people in all kinds of places. I think that this gave me some of the mindset that I have today about relatioships and my open mindedness and about trying to keep my life simple. I have a BS dector that works real well and at the same time learned that the only way to keep my life enjoyable is to say what I have to say plain and simple. I have found in my life that the only things that hurt people and relationships are things that are lied about or hidden. I hide nothing and tell it like it is.

Yes, I did what Laura calls "putting on my stupid hat".

When Laura and I got together I was NOT looking for anyone in my life at the time. We had gone out for about a year and found that we where getting very attached. Due to what I had learned about her in that time I did the worse thing I could have done. I assumed that she would never want anything to do with the Lifestyle. Rather then talking to her about it one day I told her that we needed to stop seeing each other. (stupid male thing)

For some reason she thought enough of me, or liked me enough to Yell and scream at me until I told her why I was doing this to US. After a few hours of really good abuse I told finally got real honest about it all and explained to her.

Much to my surprise and liking she said she was interested in checking this all out. One trip the next Saturday to the club and the rest is history. As she has told many. She did not do this for me. I opened the door and she stepped though it and has loved out life together since.

By assuming about someone I almost lost the greatest lady in the world.

What do you like to do with your spare time? (if you have any...i never do
)

I like to work. We sold off most of our businesses a couple years ago but seemed to not slow down at all. I still do many Internet projects. Spend time writing articles for mag's and Internet sites about the Lifestyle. I go to conventions also and speak there. We do a lot of work promoting the club and working up there also.

My normal day starts between 5 and 6 a.m. and ends about midnight during the week and about 2 to 4 a.m. on the weekend nights. Sleep is over rated.

I had known Mike and Chris that owns the club for many years. Mike and I are very much alike in our outlook on business and the Lifestyle. Over time it just seems that we started helping out with a few things and it grew to many things. Laura and I are the only ones that they have let run the club when they are not there in the 23 years it has been opened. One of the most important parts is that we have total trust in each other. We both do what we say we are going to do.

What has been your favorite/ least favorite parts about playing host?

We love to give people the chance to have a great time without any BS. There will always be someone that does not enjoy a party, ours or other peoples but we do our best to see that most have fun. We like to keep them simple yet interesting.

Least favorite part can be at times since I am hosting I do not get near as much chance to spend my time with Laura for us all to play. I tend to do most of the hosting when the parties are going on so that she can go and play. It is all good though. I have a great time either way. Promoting and hosting parties can be much more work then most will ever know.
