About the interviews

Swingers Board interviews are a way for us to get to know each other better. It is a way to acknowledge just how wonderfully varied a community we are.
Every Thursday, a new interview will start and the old interview will be locked.

Every SwingersBoard member is allowed to ask the amount of questions specified by the interviewee in the answers to the default questions. If they discover that they chose too high or low a limit, they may change their choice.

Try to keep this thread about the person being interviewed. If you want to comment about things you discover you have in common or just elaborate on a response, pm them and make a new friend or start a new thread about it. This is intended to be a friendly thread, so please don’t ask anything in a purposeful attempt to get a heated debate. Of course, nobody is required to answer a question that they do not want to.

The current person being interviewed will choose the next person. They need to first pm him or her and ask if he or she is interested, then pm me to let me know. It is preferred that you pick someone that you do not know very well as the purpose of this thread is to get to know new people. If for some reason, the next interviewee has not been chosen in time for the new interview, I will pick the next person. If you would like to be added to my list of back-up interviewees, please pm me.

Also, please keep in mind that any answers you post are viewable to complete strangers. There is some risk in that. Again, all questions are optional.

I'm so glad you are in the spotlight this week. After I joined the board, you were the first single male who I became familiar with through your posts. The board wouldn't be the same without your smiling face.

I thought I read in one of your more recent posts that you consider yourself semi-retired from swinging. Is this true, and if so, why?

Over the years have you dated more or swung more?

What do you believe is your most charming quality...the thing about you that first gets a woman's attention when she meets you?

I'm glad you have taken up the gauntlet.

We were hoping you could tell us what has been the reason you have been a swinger. Most single males, it seems, might be out in the bars hookin' up with single gals and having a good time that way. What has made you decide to take this route?

I'm also interested in all the other questions that you may answer as well, especially LM321's.

You do seem to be a decent gentleman and we know you will give us an honest answer; we just wondered how the single guys mind worked in the swinging area. It's been sooo long since I was one.

Sorry its taken so long to get to the interviews. I spent most of this evening with a cutie that actually has a lot of brains and a sense of humor. Still got to get the image of the red thong and fishnet pantie hose out of my head so I can answer these questions.

Brief Intro: If you're falling off a mountain, you might as well try to fly. Life is like eating peaches, you have to enjoy every bite because you'll eventually get to the pit. Don't worry about what happened yesterday, remember what happened and use it to make today better. Dying young is very hard, selling out is harder. If you understand any of that, you might have a chance of knowing how to keep my attention.

To have sex on a airliner with a flight attendant thats on duty. I dated a flight attendant that was also my swing partner, but whenever we flew anywhere I seem to fall asleep after we reach cruising altitude.

My second year in college I dated a divorcee that was three years older than me. She setup a threesome with her best friend, the a full swap with her best friend and her husband. A few weeks later we went to a swing club and I had a long (almost two hour) talk with the owners and a couple she lived with after she got divorced. When we broke up (she didn't want to marry a soldier again) I didn't swing for nearly four years.

Actually, thats one question. I talk. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Unfortunately, I get bored with people easily, especially gossips. If a woman can make me laugh, teach me something I need to know, and not be afraid to pick on me (not verbal abuse, but teasing), I'll be interested. Having a smoking body doesn't hurt, but the dullest women I've ever met were also the most beautiful. It seemed like they spent so much time getting men's attention by hinting that they would have sex with them that they didn't know how to do anything else with a man they were attracted to.

What is your favorite pasttime when you're not swinging or reading about it?

Talking to women. They are so weird Sometimes I wonder if they believe half the things they say.

Seriously, my favorite pasttime is figuring out "WHY". Why is the sky blue? Why do different birds have different songs? Why do people of different religions hate each other when their religions say the same thing but with different stories? Why is it impossible to travel back in time? Why is it that all the women that seem most comfortable with me are either married or 15 to 20 years older?

There will be a limit of 30 questions until Wednesday. Between work, taking care of my grandmother, solving the problem of a viable single stage to orbit craft that can actually do real space exploration, and chasing hotties...er...meeting women for intelligent conversation, I don't have that much time.

Learning how to play the saxophone.

What is the biggest challange you have had to overcome in life and how has it affected you.

Recovering from aneurysm surgery. I realized that there were somethings that I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT DO FOR MYSELF for the first time in my life. Up until then every challenge, no matter how difficult, I was able to handle on my own with a little prayer, even those it usually took three or four people to do. I guess I had never really been humbled before that.

Well, I haven't swung in nearly four years, but I'm still open to the possibility. Therefore, semi-retired instead of hopeful or former. I date way more than I swing, and I like it that way.

Actually, I don't swing at the moment. Haven't for four years. I have in the past, but usually as part of a couple. The few times I did swing as a single man, it didn't seem to last long. I'd always hook up with some woman and in three or four months we'd be a couple for a year or two. I got into swinging with an ex-girlfriend LOONG time ago, and liked it, so I've attempted to become acquainted with others in this lifestyle. If it were just for the sex, I would probably be out chasing one of the many 19 year olds that wear mini skirts and halter tops in December that populate this county.
