Helloooo BiBlonde, Hope all's going well with you guys.

1) All right! Another chance to talk about beer! facelick In fact I just had a sip of some of my pilsner. Mmmmmm!!!

If I didn't have the time or space to brew at home I'd do what you've done. The great thing about brewing at home is that I have total control over my flavor profile. I use all grain and seldom add any extract to my beer. If you add extract you don't know what you are really adding to the wort (Beer before it's fermented-pronounced "vert") Of course, you know that I have to be in total control of things right? I think you can make a great beer at a brew-on-premise location but you have to know exacty how the brewer made the base that you will add your hops to. It's gotta be fun to do though.

By the way, If you tasted one of my "Corona's"; you'd never go back to yours. How's that for confidence!

send one my way dear! and yes going and making beer is fun! the last time we went with some friends from hubbies work (we have known them for years) me and her got so drunk that i have no idea what really went into the beer! We must have tasted every kind they had there...had to do something for the 4 hours we were there!! he he he he!!

There are some days I brew "By Heart" and don't keep track of anything. Some of those come out the best. Go figure. I have gotten pretty drunk while brewing. It's a wonder I haven't destroyed something in the process!

1) This from Fem D: Says I'm a "littlebit" of both. (Well, I thought it was funny!) I'm not really an exhibitionist; I'm more of a HAM! Fem D fools me though.
