OK, now I know in a group situation or even a threesome with your wife it might be totally different.

But say your wife, for whatever reason, has neglected your needs for a while. You're having a few beers with one of your long-time friends and discussing your being neglected.

Then, out of the blue, and to your total surprise, he offers to help you out. You had no clue that he'd ever consider giving another man head until right then. You know him and his wife, like him, and know you can totally trust him.

He adds that he doesn't expect any reciprocation and it's going to be nothing more than him helping out a friend in need by sucking his cock and swalling all his friends pent-up frustrations. He also mentions that he'll enjoy doing it.

What would you do/say?

Setting aside all homophobic fears the issue here may lye in cheating. No matter how you look at it without the spouses knowledge or permission you are cheating and we all know how that is looked upon in the forum.
