I can IDENTIFY with that problem (this is the Male half speaking). I never have had much luck with getting off with getting 'blown' (of sucked/licked/flicked etc.) I just get to that breakover point and not be able to get past, even with digital stimulation of the anus I'm always amazed to hear about guys who can get that quickie in when the gal is not interested in intercourse.
