Not as many men are homophobic as you would think, .

do a search on google for "perineometer" (helps when I spell it right) and also "kegel feedback" and "kegel biofeedback"

PMTx is a pretty good perineometer for not too terribly much money.

I found it very interesting that there are devices to measure pelvic floor elasticity (aka vaginal strength) as well as isometric and reisitance tools for exercising. The KegelMaster is pretty cool among others.

Be careful with these exercises though -- I once got carried away (as people are apt to do with exercises); and tightened to the point that I felt like I was pre-virginal. It's not fun to hurt again....
