My has this been enlightening!!!! I have often wondered about this. I am so glad that someone asked. I have always felt too "unclean" to have the hubby explore though he's always indicated he was ready, willing and able. Most times, My Princess' emissions are relatively light. But there have been a few times when we found it necessary to use some old towels under us. When washing the towels, pour hydrogen peroxide over the spots. This seems the bleach out even the most stubborn stains. And as for cleaning US up, It is so much fun to shower together afterward, although I admit that it oftimes leads to a repeat.

It never fails that when we get a break from the kids to go and meet new people, I always seem to get my period. So, I pout.

Usually, we skip the first few days of my cycle because they tend to be the worst, especially the cramps and such.

Keep an old towel specifically for that time of the month. The trick is to soak the towel straight away in cold water. When blood drys it stain. A few squirts of vanish should do the trick. If its a white towel you can always bleach it every so often. My periods aren't heavy so most of it stays on hubbys "member" anyway. A vibrator held on the clit enhances the whole "time of the month" thing. The intense contractions you have with orgasms help the uterus to clean out which is all in all not a bad idea. I don't allow him hubby to go down on me (just don't feel comfy with his head being so close to yucky woman stuff) but I will go down on him. The lady of the couple who we play with has her monthlies the same time as I do, so when we get together there are never any issues of "sorry its that time of the month" Jeesh, what a topic! :rollseyes

I for one don't care for sex on my period, maybe the last couple days but certainly not the first few days. I just feel too yucky. I have really irregular cycles and it's possible my period is going to come at a very bad time during a situation I've been wanting to have for 4 years. She will definitely be in her period that day as well

Was it hard to place?
When it's in place does it leak at all?
How long can it be in place during the heavy flow and light flow?
Can the guy feel it in place?
Does it cause discomfort for the woman during sex?

If its just the two of us nothing changes except we use a towel to save the sheets. If we are playing with someone else we use "Instead". We were introduced to it by one of our first couples and have used them ever since. Only one single male has asked about it and we explained it was a diaphram (sp?).

Ditto, but we wouldn't want to play with others if I were having my period or the other women was having hers. Between my husband and I, it's not an issue.
