The majority of the poll answers above are focused on only the how the guy gets his rocks off while. Only a few address how the female will orgasm during HER period. It is as though the guy is the one doing all of the suffering during his mate's period!

I just tried the INSTEAD, and love it. It wasn't difficult but I have used a diaphragm in the past and insertion/removal was the same.

I've heard that orgasms can help with ncramps for the following reason. Cramps are the result of the cervix contracting in crazy period ways. Orgasms make the cervix contract rythmically thus giving the cervix a bit of a break. At least I think that's how the story goes. Does anyone know anything more about this?

I guess I'm the odd one out then. During my time, I don't want to go anywhere near having sex. Oral anal or vaginal. I don't feel clean, quite the opposite really and the couple of times where it has been an accident the mess and visual of it were enough to eternally turn me off it. I will gladly give him his pleasure if I am up to it since it is MY choice not to do anything else, but leave me alone.

No your not alone, I've got to Dito you for the most part. With headaches and cramps that could kill a horse. That time is less than amourous around here for a couple of days. I've heard that an orgasm is good to ease the cramps but ibuprophen pulls rank. As that time becomes lighter I'm more open for suggestions but there is a day or two of shut down .
