It's the old which-came-first-the-chicken-or-the-egg debate. There might be a statistical correlation but is it the fact that people have healthful habits and are healthy have more sex or the fact that more sex makes you healthy? We still don't know. And neither does Dr. Oz (not to be confused with Dr. Ozzy).

Two thumbs up for this article. LOVE IT!! It's too bad that one in seven women can't orgasm. I would hate to be that one. Sometimes we women are that tired. When we have little kids running us ragged all day, cooking dinner, cleaning up after dinner and the house, there isn't any more energy to expend on sex. Someone has to give up something. I've been lucky in my marriage that my husband has done more than his share of household work at times. Yes, I've been very lucky, and sometimes I orgasm and sometimes I don't. I don't begrudge my husband for that. I absolutely love sex. and if I orgasm, it's icing on the cake; if I don't orgasm, chalk it up to crap happens. |

How come it never works out... 'My wife just doesn't understand how tired I am after working all day, after two hours on the train and dealing with a boss who likes nothing better than to belittle me, I just don't have the energy for sex.' Obviously if a guy is a lazy slob it can be a turn off, but the internet is full of posts by men who's wives just don't want to have sex no matter how much house work the men do. Women I think are more prone then men to get in a sexual rut, and some just naturally have a lower sex drive. Folding all the laundry in the world isn't going to do much to change that. |
