sometimes everyday depends on what is going on and how rushed I am. I just got done for the first time today, a quickie, now i am home alone and will bring the toys out. hard for me to answer as it really all depends on how often i'm getting sex too.

sometimes i only masturbate once a week, other times, usually when i have more free time, i'm around 5 times a week.

sometimes, regardless of how often i'm getting sex at that moment, i'll masturbate just because i haven't for a few days.... sometimes it's all about taking care of myself.
