Sexting. Not just for school Students, anymore!

I have been thinking aobut this for a while now. I was going to add it as a blog and may still, but I wanted to get a little feedback from everyone first.

What are your thoughts on Sexting. You know, sending nude photos or dirtly little notes to your playmates, lovers or spouse.

I would like the thoughts of the group here! It will be interesting to see what everyone thinks of the ability!

My wife and I text dirty notes to each other routinely. Haven't done it with a playmate yet, but it could be fun.

Sending something to playmates is out for us. I've witnessed too many times on a job site, pictures of women on cell phones, including the text. It takes priority over safety meetings/morning huddles. I highly doubt the women in the photos even know their being shared.

Text messages between Mrsfun and I, are usually reminders of something I have forgotten.... followed by my apology.

Occasionally, we do some wuvy dovey texts to each other, but its nothing we wouldn't say in public.

Cell phones are too easy to lose, so there is nothing incriminating on ours.

can't say enough about how much I love them.....we had a met and greet a week ago with a couple that lives about an hour away. Had a nice dinner and agreed to a play date. Love them! We have a couple that we will send/receive pics and messages from every now and then. We send sexy messages a lot more than pictures, but pictures have gone back and forth at strange times, which is ok. The only rule that we have between the four of us is that we delete the messages so nothing is left on the phone after.

Like Mr. Truelove, I pray each time I send one that I don't send it to the wrong person, that would be pretty bad....

We wouldn't do this with just anyone, as some have pointed out that you lose control once it is out, same as emailing pictures. So it would be something after we have developed a comfort level with the person/persons.

I figure it's all harmless fun among friends. If they know me well enough to have my cell phone number, I'm cool with sexting. Oddly enough, I can't do it with my honey. His cell phone is issued by his employer, and can be monitored.

We love it! Mostly with each other, though we each have a friend that we share dirty pics with from time to time.

To each other we send erotic messages throughout the day, and when our work schedules don't match up, we've been known to send naked pics or even short videos to each other...

Our kids know that cell phones, like wallets and purses, are private, and we have never had an issue with them going through them. We would have to pay them back by going through theirs! But we don't take chances, our phones are on us at all times and charged in our bedroom at night, never to be left in the open.

I had the same issue and fought for a long time against carrying 2 phones. But eventually they cut off texting and internet access through company phones, so I broke down and bought a personal. I am really glad that I did. Plus, if I do ever change jobs again, I don't have to give out a new # to everyone...

While this is true for us also, even though our kids are only teens, we view their phones as what I like to call "limited" privacy. They know our phones are off limits like purses, wallets etc. The bigger problem is that not everyone seems to think phones are a private nature. I have seen too many times while being out at a bar folks who are supposed to be friends, pick up a phone and just randomly start going through it. Mine is always in my pocket, unless I am using it. I have never understood folks that just pick up a phone that is not theirs and start poking around...

PASS CODE PROTECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with my iPhone, I purchased a few apps that enable me to lock pictures, videos, documents and various items form prying eyes!

Mrs. CXXC's phone has a pass code that one must enter before using! Once that is opened, anyone can view the things in it! So, she does not give out the pass code!

My iphone is password protected. You can't even open it without knowing my password. Once it's unlocked you can get to anything, but if someone picked it up off the table all they can see is my nice lock screen

(edit) I love to sext, Katrina gets a bit embarassed by it, but we do it back and forth with each other now and again. We've done it with play partners in the past and I really enjoy that; it's a great way to build some anticipation before a weekend meeting. Only ever sent/received text messages though, never pictures. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable with sending pictures, although I do love receiving them
