To answer your question directly, I suppose there is such a thing as "bad head" but I have never experienced it myself. Women like to please and if I am able to show the way that pleases me, they always succeed.

1) Any woman who truly enjoys the act is good at it.

2) If I learn or perceive that a woman does not completely enjoy oral sex, I steer the activity into a different direction that is pleasing for both of us.
