Sex/swinging in Public

This question is kind of for both one on one sex and or any group play...

Is there any where in the world where sex in public is legal?

For the most part most places aren't too open about this and having sex in public can get you some jail time, but I have heard that there are certain places in the world where public sex is completely fine.

example: I read something about being able to have public sex etc in San Fransisco, but if you mix things like garbage and recycling you can be stuck with a $1000 charge on your hands....

Anyways if anyone knows of any places that would be great! haha

Don't believe everything you read and only half of what you see.

If you have public sex in San Fransisco and are seen by the police, you will only be having sex in jail for a while.

Just when to Fantasy Fest Key West, and had some in bars and got head on street for a short time. To good to be true, but true. Never an issue in most bars, but if quick other places also. Just don't drag it out. Went on a cruise with Red Cloud, and there we lots going on.

Ah yes , you may have gotten away with it, but it was against the law..

Just cause they turn thier heads doesnt mean it was legal to do so..

Sort of like the whole Fl Nude beach thing... there are no LEGAL nude beaches just ones where the laws arent enforced

I remember reading something here recently that noted that beaches that are U.S. federal property have no laws against nudity. State owned or private owned, yes. Federal, no.

Not sure how accurate that is.

I know of only ONE place where they OPENLY encourage sex in public. The roof top hot tub at Desire Spa and Resort in Cancun Mexico. Even Hedo gets kinda strange on the rules once in a while! Other than that, I dont know.

If you search for Playalinda Beach.. it is located within the Cape Canaveral reserve, and to get to the nude part you have to hike... to it..

Again, its clearly posted no nudity allowed, but the rangers dont actively patrol/enforce an area known to be a "hot" spot

bbarnsworth...that was probably one of my postings. Federal law does not prohibit nudity...so technically as long as you are on federal property, you can be naked. Beaches, National Parks, etc...

So when we go to Padre Island National Seashore...there is an "unofficial" nude beach area that has to be walked into (you can't drive, it's all blocked off)...but down on the beach where you can drive...as long as you have sense about it (and make sure you are quite a bit down the beach...it is like 70 miles long or something like that), you can get naked. We've had rangers drive right past us on their little ATVs and wave. Basically unless someone complains, the rangers leave you be...and if someone does complain, the ranger asks you to put your suit back on.

However, we do not condone sex on the beach just b/c of the places sand can get into...

As of yet, we haven't figured any public places where it is legal to have sex in public...besides an on premise club.

I assume by public you mean in front of others that are not "expecting" to see sex?

Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but if you've been swinging awhile you do know about on premise clubs where you can usually have sex in front of others.

Also the all inclusive adult resorts such as Desires and Hedo can get pretty wild later at night in the hot tub areas and such. They actually advertise no open sexual activity but I've never seen them say anything about it taking place in certain areas.

There is also a place called Cap D'agde in France which is an entire nudist town. Lots of sexual activity goes on there......on the beaches.
