Second Erection with Recreational Sex Drugs

The situation: We've been in the lifestyle for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem with erection (knock on wood). My problem (if you can call it that) is that lately I have not been able to get it up a second time! I, know, many of you are playing the world's smallest as I write this. All kidding aside, something has to be done...no?

My background: Turning 40 with the libra sun, lost 40 some pounds this last year, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke but enjoying having sex with other men's wives .

The wishlist: The love of my life (ball and chain) is taking me to Vegas next week to celebrate my 40th and it's also our first time in Sin City. I have an appointment with the doc before I leave and wanted to ask for some 'recreational sex drugs' to help with lasting longer amongst other things. However, like the post title says, it's mostly about getting a second if not a third 'woody' so that I am able to "party in your bedroom, all night long" to quote a Top40 song playing at the moment.

The Drugs: Levitra and Viagra are the Pepsi and Coke of the recreational sex drug world with not many differences between the two, while Cialis seems to be of the energy drink flavour such as Red Bull. Like with all things in the world, some claim that Viagra is best and others swear by Levitra and Cialis. I, know it's a matter of personal choice and what works for you but I would like to hear from other guys in a similar siuation.

The Bottom Line: I might drink on a night or two, eat at buffets and have sex with someone's wife...I'd like to be able to have sex with her twice if possible...even with a few drinks in me and too much buffet food!?!

Which recreational sex drug would you recommend to your buddy?

Having just gone through a similar experience and search I chose Cialis. No issues with a 2nd or a 3rd and the erections are firmer..a bit surprising to me as I didn't really have problems with firmness, or so I thought, but it is a noticeable difference. The literature says that 36 hours should be the expected effective time but I'm finding that 48+ is normal on a full dose and I'm currently experimenting with the efficacy of half doses, why not if it's good for more than 24 hours and will maximize the cost? No side effects for me but your mileage may vary.

The mileage...well let's just say I got MY money's worth! Box is totally right the firmness and even the girth felt larger/stiffer. Mmmmmm, Yummy!! Even the 1/2 dose seems to be doing pretty well...as a matter of fact...hey baby let's go up stairs!!

I've tried Cialis and a 20 mg pill makes it harder than a steel crowbar Better than when I was 20!!! (I'm 57 now) The only time I took that much I had sex 4x in around 12 hours 3 of them within about the first 6 hours.

But the ability to engage in sex anytime during the next couple of days without worrying beats the heck out of viagra or others like it for me.

I find cutting the pills down to about 6-7 mg is ample for most day to day pursuits and I can easily skip a day or two even at that level with no problems.

I prefer Levitra. Viagra and Cialis make me flush a lot, and I get the blue-tinted vision side effect.

For several days of fun, I can start with 10mg in the evening, and the next few days I maintain the effect with 5mg.

Lots of great input so far and I would like to add a bit more information about my goal. I guess being able to get it up a couple/three times withing an hour or two would be key, so that a person can join in group sex and be able to perform like the hero he imagines himself to be...errr, I digress.

My advice (I'm not formally qualified) is to avoid Viagra for two reasons.

First, it's the shortest lasting of the three -- you want it to still be around at high strength for seconds and thirds and ...

Second, it works different than Cialis in that it has a metabolite (that Cialis does not have) which is linked to the very rare side effect of blindness.

Finally, take your dose of Cialis (or Levitra) well before you play (90 minutes).

Congratlations Crazy on a terrific posting. Well done. I have been using Cialis for a number of years. What a gift to my wife and the ladies, it is awsome for those nights I have to be a "stud: That being said, I chose Cialis because it worked the best for me. It actually made me a little longer and a little thicker and I can go three times a night with little rest. For normal play I cut a 20mg in half and need to take it 90 minutes in advance to get the max. benefit for the first play. I take a full 20 only when I plan for a full night. Continued good luck with your play and there are some good clubs in Las Vegas, Hush being one of them for play. Enjoy the trip. Let us know how it went.

I've only used Viagra a few times so I'm only familiar with it. With Cialis do you have to worry about walking around with a book in front of you during the day? (like in high school) or can you resume normal activities during the day and reap the benefits at night for the 36-48 hours.

Nobody can say what is best as everybody has a different reaction to each of the three.

For me, Levitra does absolutely nothing. Cialis is what I choose because it helps a little and doesn't give me too many side effects. Viagra comes with a headache, bad flushing and stuffiness. Its worst side effect is that I'll be stiff for over an hour but unable to get off. It's like the feeling goes away and so does the enjoyment.

You won't know until you've tried them all.

I agree with every one on Cialis. Maybe it is just me but I have to take it in the morning before I have anything to eat. Then the effect seems to last for 3 days. Not that I have the opportunity to use it multiple times each day. Darn!

Funny that you mention this...I got a good chuckle a number of years ago from a friend and have been using his one liner ever since:

Believe it or not, the normal state of a male is "hard on". The brain maintains a "don't start anything" signal to a control center near the base of the spinal cord, which orchestrates the sexual mechanics.

When the brain decides to let the body get aroused, it frees the control center to start work. This begins a cascade of chemical reactions, each action starting/assisting other reactions until you get down to the blood inflating the penis and semen production ramping up.

The control center responds to penile nerve stimulation to keep the chemical cascade active and to control the muscles that contract to squirt semen when you cum. Then it lets the cascade peter out (pun intended).

What Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra do affect certain operations in the chemical cascade to make the erection mechanics (blood flow and retention) more pronounced and keep them from rapidly decaying away.

Having said all that, the key is the brain. If you don't have any trigger from your brain, you won't get hard from the drug. The drug can't work for you until after the arousal cascade is started by brain's (negative) signal to let it start.

So if a light sensuous breeze across your privates is enough to get you horny, you'll firm up. If it takes a bit more brain work to get the lust circuitry going (and for older men it can take a lot more) then just the sight of a pretty girl won't get your erection going (unless she really "clicks" with your lust).

Once you get the cascade going, the drug makes it a lot easier to keep it going. If the "don't start signal" returns (i.e. your horniness really drops), the cascade doesn't immediately crash. If the "don't start signal" goes away again after a few minutes (i.e. the lust circuitry kicks in again), the cascade restarts very quickly/easily because the drug has kept some of the chemistry around.

This means an older guy doesn't have to continually concentrate "balls out" on his erection to keep it going. This can relieve a lot of stress, which in turns makes it easier for his brain to relax and let the lusty emotions stay in the foreground, which becomes a positive "win-win".
