I did once find a apparently scientific with actually measurements survey on this.

The conclusion was that on AVERAGE black and white were almost the same with a very slight edge to blacks.

But...

Blacks were twice as likely to fall into the 'huge' 1 in 100k type sizes.

Not enough to really change the average size, but just more of the massive ones.

It's also useful to note that black guys with larger cocks are sought after, which reinforces the stereotype since a black guy with an average sized cock isn't going to respond.

Our experience with about 5 black guys is that they were all a bit bigger looking when soft than most of the white guys we know. When erect, they were still usually bigger than our white partners. However, none of them got as rock-hard as most of the white guys. They got hard enough to get it in and do a competent--and sometimes really good--job of screwing, but a lot of the white guys got a lot harder and fucked more energetically.

I seem to remember a study done by someone (Harvard is what's coming to mind, maybe Stanford) but they found out that the male's penis size directly coresponded with the length of the females vaginal canal.

The study also found that the difference of average size differed only about
.25" (one quarter of an inch) from asian (smallest average) to black (longest average).

In real life, I would say there is some, but not much, correlation between race and penis size I've seen guys of every color with both terribly small and ridiculously large penises. This is from 20+ years of gym class, gyms, swinging, ect and the accompanying showering/nudity.

Hardly scientific, but there you go.
