It is suppose to be where the male either did not pull out in time or chose not to. In both cases it the male who has decided this and the female has no knowledge of what is going to happen.

Well, I don't know about your definition, but something happened to me once that I would consider an "accidental creampie."

I met with a friend "on her way to work" one morning and was eating her when I discovered that her husband had filled her the night before. She was far from being empty and I got a creampie. Normally, I would not consider eating a creampie; but, I did not stop when I made the discovery. She was already quite turned on and I did not want to let her down.

Did she know? I can't say. For me, though, it was an accident!

I dont think that is a creampie per se. It doesnt sound "accidental" but more like "intentional" if the male does it with out the females knowledge. And the act of doing something with out your partners knowledge isnt looked upon too fondly...

Anyway thought I would look up myself what a cream pie was (cause my definition turns out was not totally accurate).

My take on this, is the actual ending.

This would explain my complete ignorance of the term. When a person becomes involved in swinging, interest in pornography disappears. Guess I've lost touch with the North Valley's movie industry.
