From my personal experience I can only say that the consistency of the liquid resembles that of semen, not urine. The colour is white, not clear. Now I can only speak for myself. No scientific research here.

My husband and I were recently with a woman who claimed to squirt when she orgasmed. When the time came the fluid she expelled was clear with the same consistency as urine. This is an experience I do not wish to repeat. Although I get very, very wet I have found it is always clear with a creamy texture similar to semen. I read the web site listed and maybe there is a combination of both women who have actual ejaculate and those having urethral spasm. Does anyone know of any studies that have actually analyzed the ejaculate to establish if it is urine in some of these cases?

I would have never belived this could have happend either, but After I had endo, and had a Histo. our Sex life opened up more then ever. Gents if your lady Squirts you can take that as a great complement. As the others the first time it happend we thought my bladder had let loose, but it is more like water. I guess I told this before, but what the hell. The first time I had a squiter I was shocked out of my gourd. I was giving her oral and holy crapola!
