I think there are a lot of things that illicit an initial "ick" factor but under the right circumstances, with the right people who are in the right mood the ick can turn into an "oh yeah" pretty quick.

Think about it this way, just the thought of any kind of sex with a gross, obnoxious and filthy makes you go ick so anything along the sexual spectrum is subject to the conditions for which it is under.
