Your comments are correct. The remedy for "fallout" is well served by the use of a good (4 strap leather) harness. We use the "Share" product, which is very similar to the "Feeldoe" (isn't it amazing the names they create for toys?). With the harness, true, you're sort of returning to "square one", but with the benefit of double penetration.

EXACTLY!!! More Kegels will help. However as ViSexual stated, occasionally when you get carried away the Feeldoe can be forced out from all the crazy motions your body wants to do. Yes a good harness is the best for keeping it in place. But I am unfamiliar with the “Share” product. Do you have a link? Sounds like another good product to try.

BTW - Feeldoes are rather large do not go there if you cannot handle large. There are strap-ons that have toys she can place inside her vagina and anus and the strap-on in you as well, just get one that is size appropriate. There are several strap-ons like this on the market. They make for a lot of extra sensations throughout all the tugging, pulling, and pressing.

This is a tough one for a lot of females. I even struggle with this one. Bending a guy over and just “fucking” him (excuse me but that is the expression I feel when doing this) can be fun but as I mentioned earlier I have to be very turned on.
