well one thing i didn't not see hear was diabetes, I have diabetes really bad, I take insulin and the needle marks turn off a lot of people. also there's the part about muscle stain during orgasm that can leave some of us really hurting at a great orgasm. this might also be consider when talking with your partners. thank you

At a couple of parties we have seen people openly checking their blood glucose using a finger stick and then giving themselves an injection.

I Have Diabetes and also take insulin it has never been an issue with our play partners

I also have diabetes and now ED (Erection dysfunctional) and the only way I can have fun is play with my mate and playing with myself and some times it takes hours before I get a release, and it is not like it use to be. I barely feel anything anymore but I know when it goes off. Swinging parties is pretty much out now except when the wife wants to be laid.

i am 28 and have been a diabetic for 20 yrs, i take 4 to 6 shots aday, and for the most part have no complications. THe only time i have had anykind of issue was when my blood sugar was hi and then i had performance issues, the 3 or 4 times this has happened the lady i was with was more then underestaning. I make sure and check before we go into a club and during the evenin if needs be to makre sure everything will fuction properly.

I still do come very hard, and have no problem when my blodd sugars are right, i got up and got off 5 times the other night, not bragging, just a fact

Have you tried all the pills and injections? If so, what about maybe an implant? I've heard they are generally uncomfortable except when having sex, but some of us that would be a small price to pay.

I've been diabetic for about three years now (type-ii... popping pills & regulated through diet and exercise) -- it's definately lowered my libido (although that could be age related) and my refractory period is a lot longer. And my stamina just isn't what it used to be... no more all night marathons with gymnastic routines... (*pout*)

The only REAL issue I've ever had as a diabetic is when my blood sugars get too high for prolonged periods - and as a non-circumcised male, the added gloucose in my urine adds to the possibility of infection at the foreskin. (Nobody really talks about THIS based on my experience) ... it's not bad - and can be cleared up easily enough once I get my blood sugars back down to "normal"
