Lol, I do have to stand up for Columbus, Ohio. This is a great area of the country to be swingers! (I didn't read every post on here so I'm not sure what you're talking about though). This is not the difference between poly and swinger. In fact there are gay polyamorists, poly people in mfm situations, and many swingers who have no interest in same sex contact.

If anyone expects to be able to make any statement on this board without possibly being challenged on it, then that person is on the wrong board. Vigorous debate of ideas is one of the things that make this board a great place.

The two responses you received to your statement were directed at the statement you made, and not to you as a person. There was no personal attack in either statement. The fact that you don't necessarily agree with or like the responses doesn't mean they were an attack on you.

The same can't be said of your last response though, even with the use of emoticons.
