My wife is pregnant and due in less than 2 weeks. We've abstained from sex since she had two previous miscarriages after the birth of our first child and had some concerns early on in this pregnancy. That being said, lots of sex now will encourage prostaglandin release in the male and promote labour! Female orgasm will promote the production of oxytocin, which also promotes labour.
