Tricks to squirting

After reading the wonderful month mmgrrl has had (smile), I started thinking about my own desire to learn to squirt.

I feel the "pee" sensation you girls talk about, but don't seem to know how to release it. Is there a good book to read to learn now? For those who haven't spontaneously combusted (or is that CUMbusted ), how did you learn the trick??

any/all information is appreciated. I really am a quick study, I just need to know how to get started.

In my own experience, there's really no "trick" to letting it go. It's letting go of the psychological fear that your'e going to pee on someone. It's being able to totally relax and just let it happen.

Aboslutely!
For me it was a learning process.It took several attempts to get myself to relax and let the "gotta pee" feeling pass. It can border on uncomfortable but will pass.
One important thing to remember is - Its Not Pee. (I am a hospice nurse and far too familiar with urine and what I released wasnt urine.) Once I relaxed and let myself go it was a very intense orgasm and I couldnt have cared less if it HAD been urine!!

Relax and let it happen, eh? Hmmm. I already can't be as vocal as I like because of children running amuck in the house (who let those kids in, anyway?!?). We're going out of town in a few weeks; maybe I'll practice then (when I can be more "into" it).

Does alcohol help? For relaxation purposes?? I prolly should practice yoga as well, too ...

I have a friend who claims that he can make ANY female on the planet squirt. Sadly, I've never been attracted to him that way, so I'm not gonna ask him to prove it on me. But I asked him how one night not too long ago. (I never have, but want to) And this is what he told me:

1) It's all about G-spot stimulation. He says you'll feel the little bumpy spot just in front inside and as you rub it (with fingers or a dildo or a penis) you'll start to feel it fill up (which is when you get the "pee" sensation)

2) Ignore the pee sensation.

3) When your g-spot feels "full", press down on your pubic area with the palm of your hand or have your partner do it...kind of making a G-spot sandwich...while still rubbing.

Now - to me that sounds complicated...but I've never tried it...

I also have a male friend who claims "Every woman can, and every woman should..." and this is his method as well: manual stimulation of the g-spot, coupled with pressure on the upper right area of the vulva (upper left as he was looking at it). It was the most amazing feeling.

Hubby thinks almost every woman (can never say all about much) has the potential squirt/gush. I don't have to have step three now. Years ago it did help. Don't try so hard that you find it work . Just relax!

The weird thing is that there are times when we are having sex and I have this urge to go to the bathroom even though I may have just gone. I always stop and run to the bathroom. I wonder if this is an actual "bathroom thing."

Ok maybe i am wierd or wired different, but i can "squirt" during oral, no g spot stim at all, granted more fluid with but hey that is just me. I am just gratefull that it doesn't have to be some complicated process for it to happen, just have to be in the right mood.

By the way, we have played with a squirter and the fluid amount is unreal. I would never have believed it had I not seen it. And...it happened multiple times. It was a milky white oily substance. She mentioned that she was a squirter and I had my reservations beforehand. My husband and I actually stopped what we were doing in amazement.

I don't have a desire to learn to do it. But, I am fascinated by it and will continue to do research on it.

Great. I've been doing this for a long time and now it doesn't take all this either. But then I've learned to enjoy what my body can do and therefore I am relaxed all the time. I don't have to be touched internally at all now. Hubby thinks that is way cool.

After reading all this advise and how to's we must be lucky. She has just started to squirt and likes it and I like it when she does. I feel good that I have caused her pleasure. She is wanting to learn how to control it more and at times keep it from happening. I know that sounds weird but there are times when we are just needing a quickie and don't have time to take a shower and get cleaned up.
