women, why did you try anal?

my GF and I have been discussing the possibility of anal sex - she is curious about trying it, never thought of doing it before, but is afraid it will hurt her even if she doesn't feel pain. She says ALL women who do it only try it b/c men pressure them to do it...
my questions are: are there women out there who have had positive experiences with anal sex, and what made it good? did you initiate it or was it suggested by the guy?

To answer your question, my experience with anal was positive. It was initiated by my hubby. To help me feel more comfortable with it, I order a video by Nina Hartley "Guide to Anal Sex". It helped relieve my fears and it was quite enjoyable, although it is not something we do everytime we make love. Hope my answer help alleviate her fears.

Hate to say this. But, we don't do anal. Neither of us is fond of it.

BUT! I have an old friend, that thought it was the best thing since the invention of food. She loves it, and prefers it to regular penetration.

I have an old girlfriend that enjoyed anal sex as much as vaginal sex. She was introduced to anal from an earlier lover. She introduced me to anal pleasures and we enjoyed anal sex regularly with our sex play.

I had a girlfriend who loved it. I had dated her when she was in her 20s and we never raise the issue and then I dated her when she was in her 30s and she brought it up. We tried it twice with a condom. I as a male am not into cleanliness aspect of the practice. Do I need to elaborate? People say it can be dealt with, but not in my experience.

Our first experience was initiated by my husband, it was something neither of us had done before. It hurt, but I was also nervous and expected it to hurt so I wasn't relaxed. Our 2nd and 3rd times were much better, he loosened me up with a couple fingers first, I relaxed, and he went slow. On the 3rd time I also had a vibrator in my vaginal hole. That for me was great.

It's not something we do often as he prefers the money hole to the corn hole, which I'm greateful for, but occasionally when I'm feeling exceptionaly horny we do the "DP".

I really have to be in the mood to do it but the orgasms can be great
