I think its a broad term. I've even seen it used to refer to a woman giving one guy oral while having sex with another guy. Definitions can and do vary and I don't think Merriam or Webster are going to put their 2 cents in any time soon. Me personally, DP means simultaneous anal and vaginal penetration.
