Slutty is as Slutty does.It is I guess behavior that clearly offends or in someway is unsafe in regards to the persons health or the health of others.Of course the word slutty is sometimes used to condemn behavior of which another person disapproves.But ultimately what is slutty is in the eye of the beholder.
