A couple of things on that point.

1. Not all of the guys can shoot 15 feet. Randy West comes to mind as an example of this. In porn, it's about being able to cum and not how far you can cum. You only get paid if you can cum so reliability is a huge factor. They don't call it the money shot for nothing.

Porn is unrealistic. It portrays people in ways that are often unrealistic in the real world. Most women don't want you cumming on their faces. Some do, and enjoy it, but a LOT of porn of late has turned the money shot into a put-the-money-on-her-face-shot and nothing else.
