What a great evening!

Well, I know that many have talked about on this board of when swingers talk about the lifestyle the reasons why they are in it and how they focus more on "they know what their spouse is doing and therefore it is not considered cheating." But I still cannot understand why more of them do not focus on the fact that it reaffirms the love that each have towards each other and how strong it makes the marriage.

My reason for posting this was more just to have someone to talk to..MrVan and I have been under ALOT of stress lately with children issues and him trying to find a job, so it has been very stressful lately. But last night we decided to get out and go to the club while our children stayed home. And boy what a night. We met many new people, played pool, danced and went up to play in the public area(just the two of us). But while in the public area there were 2 other couples who in the midst of MrVan and I playing came over our way and wanted to join in which was fine with us..We had our first 6em (if that is what you would call it) but it was more oral pleasure and foreplay and the spouses would go back to each other for the sex. The evening turned out to be a wonderful evening and as we drove home I sat there thinking about how fortunate I am to have MrVan in my life and how much I know he loves me and I love him. It is nights like this that we can get away from the daily stresses and focus on us, and enjoy a wonderful time out but know that our love is just as strong as it was when we left the house and that it could never change.

I just wish more swingers would focus on how swinging reassures their love for each other and how it brings each other closer together as when I look at the lifestyle that is what I think about. I don't think about the fact that it is keeping MrVan from cheating on me as I know in my heart he would never do anything like that to jeopardize what we have.

I'm with you all the way on this. Last weekend Gator and I were with a couple we so totally enjoy being with. Spent most of the weekend together doing all kinds of things, some of them involved sex if you can believe it. It was an awesome time and I enjoyed hearing him talk about it later as much as seeing him at the time. I get what you are saying.

Totally agree with you. Our relationship is stronger, and our sex life is better than ever. Although everything was great before, the open communication we have is strengthening our bond.
