Many of the responses have been along the lines of MFM. You asked about more than two males, but I think the same things generally apply whether it's two men and a lady or more than two men and a lady. Certainly the dynamics change a bit as you get into higher numbers of men, but there's still many things that apply.

I agree that screening can sometimes be challenging and frustrating, not to mention time consuming.

We maintain a group of regulars, but the composition of this group does change over time. We do occasionally find new guys, and guys certainly leave our regular group as well. Sometimes their situation changes and they move on, sometimes we decide to go in a different direction.
