I can't answer your question, as we were done with birthing babies before we started swinging.

I'm also not sure what others would say. Our youngest was in his late teens when we started.

If I were a woman who'd just given birth... it would be months, maybe a couple of years before I could feel like I could go back out and have fun like that.

The best answer is when you and your husband both feel comfortable.

Some women suffer from various forms of anxiety after birthing from light to severe. You may see your body differently and not feel as sexy after giving birth and your confidence may be low but when the doctor clears you for sex (usually in 6-8 weeks) then you are cleared for sex

Just be open and communicate with your potential partners that you are still nursing, etc.

As a side note, there are many men who are turned on by women who are still nursing. It's a fetish so if you don't mind that kind of play then I bet you would find a lot of people excited about playing.

There will be as many answers to this as there are people. Obviously give yourself time to heal from the birth, that'd be the minimum! Beyond that, it's all up to you. You'll likely have other things on your mind at first, but from a physiological standpoint as soon as you can have sex you can swing! Finding a babysitter for the 2 week old? That's the challenge!

While breastfeeding, my boobs were pretty much off limits for any type of sexual play because I did not feel that they were a sexual part of my body at that point in time since it was nurichment for our children, and would cringe at the thought that I would be giving away/wasting nutrition to some random guy or girl in the lifestyle and not have any for my child and have to resort to feeding them formula because mommy gave their food away foolishly. But then again.. that's just my opinion.
