So I have been reading more and more on the forum and in different blogs about swinging experiences, and one thing I have noticed is just about every play situation involves doing oral. I can't do oral for a long time or go very deep (especially if the guy is thick) because I have bad TMJ (Tempo-mandibular joint disorder) This condition causes my jaw to pop and crack and have painful spasms if I have to open my mouth wider then I would for eating. My dentist has tried a night guard to treat me, but I don't grind my teeth so its not helping. He said I will just have to deal with it. My question is two fold: Will we have a hard time finding playmates since I can't really give head? And if any of you ladies suffer from it too, how do you deal with it, and is there anything I can try to make it not so painful? |

| Way too opinionated  | Re: TMJ...Will I have a hard time finding playmates? Hi, We have been seeing a couple for about six months whose female half cannot really do oral, also because of TMJ. My husband doesn't care because he gets plenty from me. I also recommend you see this thread: Swinging Without Oral . Are you a full-swap couple? If so, inability to do oral to completion will probably not limit your choice of playmates too badly.

If you are a full swap couple (willing and able to have intercourse) I don't think you'll have any trouble at all. |

I think if we met a couple where the woman had a similar problem we wouldn't mind much as long as she could give oral to my wife just fine  In all seriousness, if you are fullswap, it shouldn't be a major issue. |
