Movies about swinging?

Do you folks know of any movies portraying swinging in a positive light?

Not that there are many movies about swinging worth watching to begin with... But those that exist seem to mostly show how swinging ruins everything; for example, the plot for The Big Swap is:

Five thirty-something couples decide to indulge in some friendly partner swapping with disastrous results for their marriages and friendship.

So, I'd be very interested in compiling a list of (non-porn) movies involving threesomes, foursomes or extramarital sex in general and the twist they put on it. If you don't recall the exact title of a movie you've watched, check the keyword searches on IMDB for Ménage À Trois, threesome, swinging or swinger.

Naturally, movies about swinging would be about couples being new to swinging, so if this post gets moved to the Curious About Swinging? board, that's fine

Here are some movie I've watched:

• Kiss Me Again - neutral spin, FMF.
  At a superficial analysis, the threesome destroyed the couple's marriage. Upon a deeper look, you can see that the cause of trouble was breaking their own rule ("we only do it together"). Also, the husband felt neglected when the women got it on (?!).
• XX/XY - negative spin, FMF.
  Watched too long ago to analyze.
• Swingers (2002) - positive spin, 2 couples.
  The vanilla couple ends up enjoying the lifestyle more than the experienced couple, who realize that their relationship was not as solid as they had thought.

just off the top of my head i can think of a few more...

waaaay back before my time there was a movie called bob & carol & ted & alice. it had dianne cannon and elliot gould and natalie wood and i can't remember the other guy.

but, they all ended up in bed together at some point.

then about six or seven years ago, there was a movie with john stamos called 'my best friend's wife' where two couples explore swinging.

there is another i can recall, but can't remember the name... a thriller where one neighbor talks the other into changing houses in the middle of the night and seducing each other's wives. in the morning one of the wives had been brutally murdered, so the neighbor is the main suspect. anyone recall the name of that one?

The one movie I can think of off the top of my head is aimed directly at swinging. It is called Zebra Lounge it is about a couple that kinda gets stuck in a rut and wants to try something new so they try some swinger ads then decide to go to a swing club. Some really hot sex scenes and it even stars Stephen Baldwin.

Since I can't seem to edit my original post (why? too long since I made it?), I'll ad here another movie I remembered watching:

• One Night Stand - 2 couples, make-your-own spin
  This movie portrays how stupid it is to abide by the social hangups about sex outside marriage. In the superbly ironic scene at the end, the wife of one couple A ends up having sex with the husband of couple B, while his wife B is having sex with the husband of couple A, in a perfect cross-couple affair, behind everybody's back, cheating on each other.

I found it for you :P The movie is called Consenting Adults, it came out in 1992. It starred Kevin Kline, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Kevin Spacey, and Rebecca Miller.

yep... that's exactly the movie. as i recall spacey is the dupe and kline is the bad guy.

I posted a while back about this same topic and didn't find too many. But thanks for the suggestions, I haven't seen XX/XY or Kiss me Again and they do seem interesting.

Zebra Lounge is possibly the worst movie for portraying swingers! I hated the moralist tale of couples who sin and "get it" in the end! SUCKS! The sex scenes are good but if you want that then pick up a copy of Euro Swingers Party 18 at your local porn shop.

I'm not sure this falls into the realm of documentary or porn... (docuporn?) so so.

Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice is good but it doesn't have a positive or negative view of swinging. I guess that's why everyone could relate, no matter what you think of it.

Now this is a much better documentary. The people in this film seem more real and I can relate to some of them. Best of all it has no opinion. I just shows the Lifestyle without trying to moralize it one way or the other. Cool!

Can't think of any other ones. I have most of them in DIVX format though.

I had a good one years ago that's probably still available somewhere because it was good.

'Marriage and other four letter words'

If you do a search you can find it still for sale.

It takes a newlywed couple through the infidelities and into swinging. Shows the downs but also shows the ups and has some very interesting activities. It came out when we were swinging and I thought it was a good depiction.
