Mrs naughty and I have made it a rule not to swing on a night where we both have to work the next day. Mainly because we work different shifts so we do not get to enjoy that day after "Bonding" you get after a night of swinging.

I will definitely remember this rule for the next time. Not only did we not do anything (more sex, talk, etc.) I was so charged from the experience I did not go to sleep until mid morning, and had to be at work at 3p.m. So needless to say I was a walking zombie all day long .
