First Time Doing "Something"

After having talked about swinging for two and a half years, about two months ago we decided to give Soft Swap a try. We joined a pay site (LifeStyleLounge) and met with three different couples, none of whom proved to be a match. Last Saturday we attended the Purrfect Party at the Mix Night Club in The Hotel in Las Vegas. I am going to guess there were about 30 couples there, a nice cross-section of ages and attractiveness, though more attractive and younger than the only two other events we have been to. We found the attendees to be very polite and fun to talk to.

The Mix night club has a phenomenal view of Las Vegas, and a line to get into on a Saturday Night. As an attendee of the party, you get to go to a roped off section and skip the line. They have a bar. There was a dance floor in the non-roped off section, and the swingers had wrist bands, so you could tell who was with the party on the dance floor, if say it had been a while since you were in the VIP area.

We arrived early and were the only ones there along with Jim and Sue who were about our age and fit, but thought we were younger (*blush). They were a lot of fun to talk to, and seemed like a real possibility to play with, still after 45 minutes or so, we felt we should talk to some other people who had begun arriving.

We sat next to what appeared to be a young shy couple at a table, but they were in fact a very experienced couple who attend out of town parties every weekend. Nick and Debbie, a 5'4", skinny late 20s blonde cutie, were quite attractive, but less interesting to talk with than Jim and Sue. We had tried our best to come to the party without any expectations, but we certainly had hopes. It is hard to have decided to try swinging and not have swung. Still, the dancing alone was worth the trip.

Throughout the evening I would go up to Dmitri and Natalya and talk, usually she would send Dmitri away and focus closely on me. She was very compelling. She told me we had to go to the after party, which I had been reluctant to attend, just because it started at 1:30 am, and though I am not opposed to it in principal, I usually get up at 7:30. She told Cassie and I, that it was a lot of fun and that we would see her naked, so we agreed.
As the initial party wound down, We met Lex and Diane who were among the hottest people at the party if not on the planet. They offered us a ride to the after party (which is only a ten minute walk to the Luxor, all indoors, but Cassie was in some sweet heels). Also we took the ride because, did I mention they were freaking hot? Diane is 5' 9", auburn hair and somewhere around 115 pounds. She is 30 years old and has bright eyes. Lex is 5' 10", muscular and suave, a confident man who both will have fun at a party and encourage others to have fun.

They were fun to talk to, And Lex seemed like a really nice guy, but Diane was shall we say aloof, or at least not obviously into us. C'est la vie.
So, the after party.

Cassie grabbed me to clarify our rules. We agreed, everything but intercourse was ok. Oral, touching, all good. Whether anything would actually happen, who was to know?

And boy did I. She was on the bed with Cat, a hot young asian woman and Sue. Two other women joined them, and all of the husbands, plus a couple other men were watching. This was fucking hot. Eventually the husbands were invited to join.

I noted your apprehension, and rest assured that will get better with time. You now have your first party and after-party behind you. The first is always the toughest. It sounds like you both handled it splendidly. It would have been nice if you could have taken care of business when you got back to your room, but hey - it was a long night.

My only real concern was the fact that you named a lot of names in your narrative. That's not something you should take so lightly next time. Privacy and discretion are taken very seriously in the lifestyle, and being 'outed' even inadvertently is a legitimate concern.

Unless, of course, you changed the names to protect the not-so-innocent, in which case I retract my statements.
