our first time!

Hello!

We attended our first party Saturday. To be honest, I didn't think I would make it in the door; however we did. Once inside, it got a bit better. A nice young man brought us over to his group; which was welcoming! We met some great people and had a wonderful time. It was much more relaxed than I had anticipated; which was wonderful. Thank you everyone who responded back to our first threads and helped put our minds at ease.

Hearty congratulations to you! I'd love to hear a few more details on how your night went. Did you dance? What did you wear? Any surprises? What kind of people did you meet, and did you like any of them? It's so great that people were friendly. We have found that some people are friendly if we approach them, but I'm not sure we've ever had someone just take us into their group like you described. What a relief that must have been.

We also went to a party Saturday night and experienced our first full swap, plus many other firsts. I hope your was as good as ours. All I can say is my head is still spinning, and we'll be going back for more.
