We did it!

We went to our second swingers social last night with the understanding that everything would go at the pace of the slowest person (her). We had done a lot of talking and felt like we might be ready to take the plunge...

To make a long story short, we met some really great people and ended up with three other couples in a hotel room. We are both very body coscious people and were amazed at the fact that as soon as we saw what was going on in the room, all of those inhibitions and reservations about our bodies went out the window. Here were 8 consenting adults in a room totally naked and no one had any qualms about it! We did everything short of intercourse and she was amazed to find out how comfortable she was with the whole situation. One great thing is that "no" really does mean "no" and no one even questions that or gets upset about being turned down. They just move on to the next available body part.

What an experience! We don't know if or when we will do it again, but it was a great way to kick off the New Year and it spurred some great sex between the two of us! Also the lines of communication are more open than ever.

Was it one of the Rocky Mountain Connections Socials? If not where do you go? We will be in Denver Feb 2-8 and would like to go to our first club too.

Golden Circle Social Club was where we went for New Year's Rocky Mountain has a better orientation if it will be your first time.

We posted our first experience earlier this week. What we left out was the following...

After our first encounter (ie the afforementioned orgie) we were invited to the room of another couple who had been involved in the same experience. They were also newbies. The woman was very into the whole experience. The man (the one who called us down to the room) however, was very shy and called the whole thing off about the time that both women really got into each other....we stopped as soon as he voiced his concerncs. We can't help but feel that this is a little weird as we were obviously viewed as "more experienced" even though we had only been to one other social and hadn't participated in anything at the first event.

We really seemed to hit it off with the other couple and would have enjoyed some more play.....any advice or incite? Also, a little question from her: how many womem realized on their first time out that they could be "bi-firendly"? I was open to the idea but didn't realize that I would take to it so easily.
