Finding that elusive couple

We have profiles (ad's just sounds less elegant to us) on Swappernet and SLS. The SN profile gets mail at a 10-1 ratio compared to SLS but that means we have 10 times as much BS to wade through too. But both suffer from the same things as everyone else stated. We find it hard to meet couples in our area too.

Clubs aren't an option for us, they are all 1.5 hours away at the min. Thanks to some nice people when we first started, we were led to a couple of Yahoo groups that are local to us. We have met more real people through them then the pay sites all put together. And one of them rents a ballroom at a local hotel every 6 weeks or so to throw a party in. The hotel knows exactly who we are(the group), what we are about and what goes on. They have no problem at all and even give us the best rooms
(poolside) at a big discount when a party is going on.

Anybody else have good luck with Yahoo groups?

BTW... The last party had 346 people attending, about 2-3 times more than the clubs that are close (not so) to us.
